En su escrito, se\u00f1al\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n que el cierre de la frontera con Rep\u00fablica Dominicana como un agravante de los problemas m\u00e9dicos y alimentarios en Hait\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su comunicado,&nbsp;<strong>Naciones Unidas<\/strong>&nbsp;expresa que \u00abla corrupci\u00f3n, la impunidad y la mala gobernanza, sumadas a los crecientes niveles de violencia de las pandillas, han erosionado el Estado de derecho y han llevado a las instituciones estatales&#8230; al borde del colapso\u00bb. Adem\u00e1s, indican que la poblaci\u00f3n haitiana se ve&nbsp;<strong>\u00abgravemente privada de sus derechos humanos\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Junto al comunicado, la&nbsp;<strong>ONU&nbsp;<\/strong>ha adjuntado un v\u00eddeo en el que aparece Volker T\u00fcrk, alto comisionado de la Oficina de&nbsp;<strong>Naciones Unidas<\/strong>&nbsp;para los&nbsp;<strong>Derechos Humanos.<\/strong>&nbsp;En este documento audiovisual, T\u00fcrk se\u00f1ala que \u00abmujeres han sido forzadas a tener relaciones sexuales con pandilleros\u00bb y que \u00abni\u00f1os siguen siendo reclutados y abusados\u00bb.
