{"id":28047,"date":"2024-05-04T07:20:54","date_gmt":"2024-05-04T11:20:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=28047"},"modified":"2024-05-04T07:20:58","modified_gmt":"2024-05-04T11:20:58","slug":"continuan-los-problemas-en-el-metro-country-club-de-juan-dolio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=28047","title":{"rendered":"Contin\u00faan los problemas en el Metro Country Club de Juan Dolio."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los residentes y propietarios del complejo residencial Metro Country Club se reunieron para abordar los problemas persistentes relacionados con la administraci\u00f3n a cargo del se\u00f1or Luis Jos\u00e9 Asilis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los propietarios se han quejado de la falta de seguridad en el residencial, la mala calidad del agua que llega salobre con mal olor y de las recientes interrupciones del servicio el\u00e9ctrico por parte de Edeeste, debido a una supuesta deuda de m\u00e1s de 40 millones de pesos a trav\u00e9s de la empresa Operadora de Golf, S.A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recientemente, uno de los propietarios fue v\u00edctima de un asalto en el que le robaron una gran cantidad de dinero y joyas. Hasta el momento, la administraci\u00f3n del residencial no ha respondido a esta situaci\u00f3n ni a otros casos de robo que tambi\u00e9n han ocurrido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los propietarios est\u00e1n comprometidos a encontrar una soluci\u00f3n satisfactoria para estos problemas, ya que m\u00e1s de 900 viviendas se ven afectadas por esta situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blogger.googleusercontent.com\/img\/b\/R29vZ2xl\/AVvXsEgBzW2ODapzzs_AjJjsU0nuyXoh5QEb__Oqwc6gbPmmu05z7YKxSE1UfTMiFQ_vvHSD0zTrNwsC4CIKaCHf3vFIvQsCnMINUKz6nOo6XBZUnjqnBfqTu5rof99k-cfZU57K0RqKZNSvteDvSLvxuPjGinMUPUXVreSOBSd_5Cg1FP3TZQ7EVGJyEm4Cgc4_\/s1920\/IMG_20240502_191718.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blogger.googleusercontent.com\/img\/b\/R29vZ2xl\/AVvXsEgBzW2ODapzzs_AjJjsU0nuyXoh5QEb__Oqwc6gbPmmu05z7YKxSE1UfTMiFQ_vvHSD0zTrNwsC4CIKaCHf3vFIvQsCnMINUKz6nOo6XBZUnjqnBfqTu5rof99k-cfZU57K0RqKZNSvteDvSLvxuPjGinMUPUXVreSOBSd_5Cg1FP3TZQ7EVGJyEm4Cgc4_\/s320-rw\/IMG_20240502_191718.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ante esta situaci\u00f3n los propietarios acudieron a los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n debido a que la administraci\u00f3n no los escucha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n acusaron a la actual directiva de la asociaci\u00f3n de propietarios de estar comprometidos con la administraci\u00f3n, a\u00fan cuando ya termin\u00f3 su periodo de dos a\u00f1os, intentando con esto boicotear las elecciones para elegir la nueva plancha directiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abNos vendieron la promesa de vivir en calma y con privilegios, pero la realidad ha sido todo lo contrario\u00bb, expresaron los propietarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consideran que se han vulnerado sus derechos por parte de la asociaci\u00f3n que gestiona el residencial y proponen la creaci\u00f3n de una nueva junta directiva para abordar estas preocupaciones y buscar soluciones.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los residentes y propietarios del complejo residencial Metro Country Club se reunieron para abordar los problemas persistentes relacionados con la administraci\u00f3n a cargo del se\u00f1or Luis Jos\u00e9 Asilis.
