{"id":29325,"date":"2024-06-12T07:22:37","date_gmt":"2024-06-12T11:22:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=29325"},"modified":"2024-06-12T07:22:41","modified_gmt":"2024-06-12T11:22:41","slug":"pn-recibe-entrega-voluntaria-y-pone-bajo-arresto-a-matiel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=29325","title":{"rendered":"PN recibe entrega voluntaria y pone bajo arresto a \u201cMatiel\u201d."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Direcci\u00f3n Regional Sureste,P.N., informa que fue entregado de manera voluntaria el nombrado Matiel Castillo (a) Matiel, de 25 a\u00f1os, residente en el sector Punta Brava, del municipio Quisqueya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El mismo estaba siendo buscado por la orden de arresto en su contra No. 00731-2024, por presunta violaci\u00f3n a los art\u00edculos 265, 266,295,304 y 309 del c\u00f3digo penal dominicano, consernientes a Homicidio, Asociaci\u00f3n de Malhechores y Amenazas y por la Ley No. 631-16 para el control y regulaci\u00f3n de armas, municiones y materiales relacionadas en perjuicio de cinco personas, hecho ocurrido en fecha 31\/03\/2024 en el referido municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, tambi\u00e9n es se\u00f1alado supuestamente por estar vinculado con el reciente fallecido delincuente Ramfis Theophile, (a) El se\u00f1or de los cielos; asi como tambi\u00e9n, de estar relacionado en los actos delictivos que este hab\u00eda cometido anteriormente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El apodado \u201cMatiel\u201d fue entregado al Departamento de Investigaciones Criminales (DICRIM) de esta regional, para los fines legales correspondientes. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Direcci\u00f3n Regional Sureste,P.N., informa que fue entregado de manera voluntaria el nombrado Matiel Castillo (a) Matiel, de 25 a\u00f1os, residente en el sector Punta Brava, del municipio Quisqueya.
