{"id":30420,"date":"2024-07-12T07:17:15","date_gmt":"2024-07-12T11:17:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=30420"},"modified":"2024-07-12T07:17:18","modified_gmt":"2024-07-12T11:17:18","slug":"pastor-de-higuey-acusado-de-violar-dos-menores-se-declaro-inocente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=30420","title":{"rendered":"Pastor de Hig\u00fcey acusado de violar dos menores se declar\u00f3 inocente."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la audiencia para conocer la solicitud de medida de coerci\u00f3n en su contra, el pastor V\u00edctor Manuel Kery, acusado de&nbsp;<strong>violaci\u00f3n a menores<\/strong>&nbsp;en Hig\u00fcey, provincia La Altagracia, se declar\u00f3 \u201cinocente\u201d, seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 hoy el abogado de una de las supuestas v\u00edctimas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEl acusado no mostr\u00f3 ning\u00fan tipo de arrepentimiento, y en su lugar, justific\u00f3 sus acciones alegando que los ni\u00f1os ten\u00edan problemas psicol\u00f3gicos y psiqui\u00e1tricos\u201d, coment\u00f3 el abogado&nbsp;Jos\u00e9 Alfredo Javier V\u00e1zquez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Javier V\u00e1zquez calific\u00f3 al imputado como un \u201cdepravado sexual\u201d y \u201cuna persona da\u00f1ina para la sociedad\u201d. A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que no hay nada que corrobore ni justifique el accionar de Kery. Record\u00f3 que el imputado ya hab\u00eda sido condenado por un caso similar, cuya pena fue suspendida, y que a\u00fan falta un mes para que cumpla la sentencia de ese caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En relaci\u00f3n a las pruebas de VIH, el abogado se\u00f1al\u00f3 que no caer\u00e1 en especulaciones, ya que no ha tenido en sus manos ninguna prueba serol\u00f3gica que confirme esa informaci\u00f3n. Sin embargo, espera que el infractor reciba todo el peso de la ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un a\u00f1o de&nbsp;<strong>prisi\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>preventiva<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La jueza de la Oficina de Atenci\u00f3n Permanente, Francis Reyes Dilon\u00e9, impuso a V\u00edctor Manuel Kery un a\u00f1o de prisi\u00f3n preventiva y declar\u00f3 el caso como complejo.
