{"id":35835,"date":"2024-12-19T07:30:24","date_gmt":"2024-12-19T11:30:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=35835"},"modified":"2024-12-19T07:30:26","modified_gmt":"2024-12-19T11:30:26","slug":"juzgaran-pastor-acusan-de-violar-4-ninas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=35835","title":{"rendered":"Juzgar\u00e1n pastor acusan de violar 4 ni\u00f1as"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El&nbsp;<strong>S\u00e9ptimo Juzgado<\/strong>&nbsp;de la Instrucci\u00f3n de&nbsp;<strong>Santo Domingo Oeste<\/strong>&nbsp;dict\u00f3 auto de apertura a&nbsp;<strong>juicio<\/strong>&nbsp;contra el pastor evang\u00e9lico&nbsp;<strong>Johan Manuel Castillo Ortega<\/strong>, acusado de&nbsp;<strong>agredir&nbsp;<\/strong>y&nbsp;<strong>violar sexualmente<\/strong>&nbsp;en su casa y hasta en la misma<strong>&nbsp;iglesia&nbsp;<\/strong>a cuatro ni\u00f1as y una adulta que se congregaban en la iglesia que pastoreaba, en el municipio&nbsp;<strong>Los Alcarrizos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La procuradora fiscal litigante Matti Noboa, en representaci\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico present\u00f3 durante la audiencia las evidencias que motivaron la apertura a juicio en contra de Castillo Ortega, quien es imputado de cometer violaci\u00f3n y agresi\u00f3n sexual en perjuicio de cuatro menores de edad, y una \u00faltima v\u00edctima que en la actualidad es una adulta, pero quien denunci\u00f3 que tambi\u00e9n fue abusada cuando apenas ten\u00eda siete a\u00f1os de edad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El expediente detalla que el encartado aprovechaba escenarios de vulnerabilidad para acosar, agredir e intimidar a las v\u00edctimas con manoseos en sus partes \u00edntimas, y que en varias ocasiones lleg\u00f3 a sostener relaciones sexuales con una las ni\u00f1as en la misma iglesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El comunicado de prensa, tambi\u00e9n, detalla que el acusado en su propia vivienda agred\u00eda sexualmente a las ni\u00f1as que visitaban su casa cuando iban a jugar con sus hijas, a quienes les mostraba sus genitales y les hac\u00eda insinuaciones indecorosas.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Ministerio P\u00fablico le ha otorgado al presente hecho la calificaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica de violaci\u00f3n de los art\u00edculos 330 y 333 del C\u00f3digo Penal Dominicano y 12, 18, 396, literales B y C, de la Ley 136-03 C\u00f3digo para el Sistema de Protecci\u00f3n y los Derechos Fundamentales de Ni\u00f1os, Ni\u00f1as y Adolescentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La jueza Karol Patricia Heredia luego de acoger el pedimento de la Fiscal\u00eda Santo Domingo Oeste dispuso que el justiciable contin\u00fae cumpliendo prisi\u00f3n en el Centro de Correcci\u00f3n y Rehabilitaci\u00f3n (CCR) Najayo Hombres, en San Crist\u00f3bal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El&nbsp;S\u00e9ptimo Juzgado&nbsp;de la Instrucci\u00f3n de&nbsp;Santo Domingo Oeste&nbsp;dict\u00f3 auto de apertura a&nbsp;juicio&nbsp;contra el pastor evang\u00e9lico&nbsp;Johan Manuel Castillo Ortega, acusado de&nbsp;agredir&nbsp;y&nbsp;violar sexualmente&nbsp;en su casa y hasta en la misma&nbsp;iglesia&nbsp;a cuatro ni\u00f1as y una adulta que se congregaban en la iglesia que pastoreaba, en el municipio&nbsp;Los Alcarrizos.
