{"id":38693,"date":"2025-03-11T08:07:30","date_gmt":"2025-03-11T12:07:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=38693"},"modified":"2025-03-11T08:07:31","modified_gmt":"2025-03-11T12:07:31","slug":"gobierno-endurecera-sanciones-por-infracciones-viales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=38693","title":{"rendered":"Gobierno endurecer\u00e1 sanciones por infracciones viales."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Gobierno dominicano anunci\u00f3 este lunes la implementaci\u00f3n de sanciones m\u00e1s estrictas contra los conductores que infrinjan la Ley de Tr\u00e1nsito, con el objetivo de reducir los accidentes viales, que ya suman m\u00e1s de&nbsp;<strong>15,000<\/strong>&nbsp;en lo que va de a\u00f1o, de los cuales un&nbsp;<strong>65 %<\/strong>&nbsp;involucra motocicletas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La ministra de Interior y Polic\u00eda,&nbsp;<strong>Faride Raful<\/strong>, ofreci\u00f3 la informaci\u00f3n durante la rueda de prensa de la&nbsp;<strong>Fuerza de Tarea Conjunta<\/strong>, tras la acostumbrada reuni\u00f3n de los lunes de seguimiento al&nbsp;<strong>Plan de Seguridad Ciudadana<\/strong>, encabezada por el presidente&nbsp;<strong>Luis Abinader<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Raful indic\u00f3 que se evaluaron las incidencias de seguridad vial con el prop\u00f3sito de salvar vidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Explic\u00f3 que el Gobierno intervendr\u00e1 los cruces y retornos con mayor \u00edndice de accidentes, en coordinaci\u00f3n con las autoridades competentes y aplicar\u00e1 las sanciones que correspondan.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abDonde haya p\u00e9rdida de vidas, hay una afectaci\u00f3n directa a la seguridad ciudadana. Por ello, la Fuerza de Tarea actuar\u00e1 de manera contundente. Vamos a anunciar nuevas medidas y solicitamos el apoyo de la Polic\u00eda Nacional para sancionar a los motociclistas y conductores que irrespeten las se\u00f1ales de tr\u00e1nsito, circulen a alta velocidad o se pasen sem\u00e1foros en rojo. Adem\u00e1s, contaremos con el respaldo del Ministerio P\u00fablico para procesar a los infractores\u00bb, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Raful detall\u00f3 que se pondr\u00e1 mayor \u00e9nfasis en las provincias con m\u00e1s accidentes, como el<strong>&nbsp;Gran<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Santo Domingo, Santiago, San Crist\u00f3bal, La Altagracia y La Vega<\/strong>, en un esfuerzo conjunto con el&nbsp;<strong>Instituto Nacional de Tr\u00e1nsito y Transporte Terrestre&nbsp;<\/strong>(<strong>Intrant)<\/strong>&nbsp;y otros organismos. Tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las v\u00edas con mayor incidencia de accidentes son la&nbsp;<strong>autopista Duarte<\/strong>&nbsp;y la&nbsp;<strong>carretera S\u00e1nchez<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, advirti\u00f3 que se tomar\u00e1n acciones contra los conductores temerarios y quienes generen contaminaci\u00f3n sonora con ruidos excesivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abLas medidas ser\u00e1n contundentes para garantizar la seguridad vial en Rep\u00fablica Dominicana. Nadie est\u00e1 por encima de la ley y, como siempre decimos, nadie pondr\u00e1 en juego ni en discusi\u00f3n el trabajo de las autoridades para preservar la vida, sin importar que sean carros de alta gama o motocicletas\u00bb, enfatiz\u00f3 la funcionaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><mark>Tasa de homicidios<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En cuanto a la tasa acumulada de homicidios, inform\u00f3 que se encuentra en&nbsp;<strong>7.9 por cada 100 mil habitantes<\/strong>, reflejando un descenso en comparaci\u00f3n con la \u00faltima semana, cuando el informe arroj\u00f3&nbsp;<strong>8.2<\/strong>, y que en marzo es de&nbsp;<strong>6.8<\/strong>.
