La propuesta perimi\u00f3 por no ser aprobada a tiempo y ahora el&nbsp;<strong>Congreso<\/strong>&nbsp;corre tras el&nbsp;<strong>proyecto<\/strong>&nbsp;del&nbsp;<strong>C\u00f3digo Penal<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al igual que sus dos reformas anteriores -la fiscal y la constitucional- el&nbsp;<strong>presidente Luis Abinader<\/strong>&nbsp;no la tuvo f\u00e1cil con la&nbsp;<strong>modificaci\u00f3n propuesta<\/strong>&nbsp;al&nbsp;<strong>C\u00f3digo de Trabajo<\/strong>, que encontr\u00f3 trabas mientras se estudi\u00f3 en el&nbsp;<strong>Senado<\/strong>&nbsp;por el inter\u00e9s de los empresarios en modificar la cesant\u00eda y con \u00abla omisi\u00f3n de otros temas previamente consensuados en los di\u00e1logos\u00bb, adem\u00e1s de las presiones de los sindicatos de trabajadores para que se mantengan sus derechos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00fan con todas las diferencias, los&nbsp;<strong>senadores<\/strong>&nbsp;aprobaron la&nbsp;<strong>reforma laboral<\/strong>&nbsp;y la enviaron a la&nbsp;<strong>C\u00e1mara de Diputados<\/strong>&nbsp;que, solo dos d\u00edas despu\u00e9s y al vapor, la sancion\u00f3 en primera lectura, pero no tuvo tiempo para votarla en segunda discusi\u00f3n, as\u00ed que caduc\u00f3.
