Este operativo fue llevado a cabo por la Polic\u00eda Nacional en colaboraci\u00f3n con el Ministerio P\u00fablico de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los arrestados han sido identificados como&nbsp;<strong>Jes\u00fas Aldea Abian<\/strong>, de origen espa\u00f1ol, quien ten\u00eda una orden de captura internacional y actuaba como representante de la mencionada empresa. Junto a \u00e9l, fueron detenidos su esposa,&nbsp;<strong>Griselda Antonia Calder\u00f3n Taveras<\/strong>, quien ejerc\u00eda como gerente de DM &amp; R SRL, y&nbsp;<strong>Pedro Pablo P\u00e9rez<\/strong>, tambi\u00e9n gerente del proyecto y vinculado familiarmente con la Procuradora Fiscal de la Corte de Ni\u00f1os, Ni\u00f1as y Adolescentes de Santiago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Ministerio P\u00fablico acusa formalmente a los detenidos de infringir varios art\u00edculos del C\u00f3digo Penal Dominicano, espec\u00edficamente los art\u00edculos&nbsp;<strong>147<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>148<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>150<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>151<\/strong>, con perjuicio econ\u00f3mico hacia&nbsp;<strong>Damaso Medrano Reyes<\/strong>&nbsp;por un monto de&nbsp;<strong>RD$25 millones<\/strong>. El expediente establece la falsificaci\u00f3n de documentos p\u00fablicos y privados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Oficina Judicial de Servicios de Atenci\u00f3n Permanente del Juzgado de la Instrucci\u00f3n del Distrito Judicial de Puerto Plata ha sido informada y est\u00e1 a cargo de la solicitud de arresto contra los implicados en este caso.
