El acusado vendi\u00f3 uno de los anillos por\u00a0<strong>RD$3,000<\/strong>\u00a0y el otro por\u00a0<strong>RD$15,500<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El imputado cumplir\u00e1 su tiempo de reclusi\u00f3n en el Centro Correccional y Rehabilitaci\u00f3n de\u00a0<strong>Najayo-Hombres<\/strong>, ubicado en\u00a0<strong>San Crist\u00f3bal<\/strong>. Seg\u00fan la solicitud del\u00a0<strong>Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/strong>, F\u00e9liz Rodr\u00edguez admiti\u00f3 haber sustra\u00eddo las joyas, una de las cuales lleva el rostro del pr\u00f3cer\u00a0<strong>Juan Pablo Duarte<\/strong>\u00a0y la otra contiene un rub\u00ed, un obsequio del pr\u00f3cer a su prometida, la se\u00f1orita\u00a0<strong>Prudencia Lluberes \u00c1lvarez<\/strong>. Las joyas fueron vendidas en una compraventa de la avenida\u00a0<strong>Mella<\/strong>, y el pago por ellas se realiz\u00f3 mediante transferencia bancaria.<\/p>\n<p>El Ministerio P\u00fablico acusa al imputado de robo y hurto, afectando al Instituto Duartiano. Seg\u00fan la investigaci\u00f3n, el 5 de agosto de 2025, alrededor de las 12:35 p.m., F\u00e9liz Rodr\u00edguez se present\u00f3 en la sede del Instituto Duartiano en la calle Isabel La Cat\u00f3lica No. 308, en el sector\u00a0<strong>Ciudad Colonial<\/strong>\u00a0de Santo Domingo. All\u00ed, solicit\u00f3 un tour a la secretaria y, aprovechando un descuido, ingres\u00f3 al sal\u00f3n de exhibici\u00f3n para robar las joyas de una vitrina.<\/p>\n<p>Las investigaciones avanzaron r\u00e1pidamente y, el 9 de agosto de 2025, miembros de la Divisi\u00f3n de Procedimiento de Investigaci\u00f3n C4 lograron identificar al sospechoso en el sector\u00a0<strong>San Carlos<\/strong>. Descrito como un hombre de tez clara, vestido con poloche blanco y pantal\u00f3n y gorra negra, con dificultad para caminar, fue localizado caminando por la avenida Isabel La Cat\u00f3lica, donde admiti\u00f3 su implicaci\u00f3n en el robo.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente, los agentes confirmaron con la compraventa la compra de las piezas.
