Lo hab\u00edan trasladado al recibir un disparo de pistola en el muslo izquierdo tras ser emboscado por otros compa\u00f1eros. En ese momento, supuestamente se dirig\u00eda hacia el patio a reclamar la posici\u00f3n de encargado de disciplina del recinto, a cambio de entregar el arma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El comunicado indica que se investiga quien realiz\u00f3 el disparo por el cual perdi\u00f3 la vida el privado de libertad. Adem\u00e1s refiere que desde hace m\u00e1s de 18 meses&nbsp;<strong>las autoridades<\/strong>&nbsp;ten\u00edan informes de inteligencia de que en el recinto hab\u00eda un arma de fuego oculta, la cual no fue encontrada en distintas&nbsp;<strong>requisas<\/strong>. Se trata de una pistola sin marca, aunque con n\u00famero de serie, que fue recuperada con su cargador y tres c\u00e1psulas.
