El tr\u00e1gico incidente dej\u00f3 un saldo de 236 personas fallecidas y m\u00e1s de un centenar de heridos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El juez Franny Gonz\u00e1lez Castillo es el que conocer\u00e1 la nueva fase del proceso penal, luego que en junio pasado el magistrado Reymundo Mej\u00eda dictara auto de apertura a juicio de fondo y mantuviera la calificaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica de homicidio involuntario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mej\u00eda tambi\u00e9n rechaz\u00f3 variar la coerci\u00f3n que pesa sobre Antonio y Maribel Espaillat, de las garant\u00edas econ\u00f3micas de 50 millones de pesos para cada uno, el impedimento de salida del pa\u00eds y la presentaci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, el juez del Primer Juzgado de Instrucci\u00f3n mantuvo las \u00f3rdenes de inmovilizaci\u00f3n y secuestro previamente dictadas sobre los bienes de los imputados y admiti\u00f3 a los terceros civilmente demandados, Inversiones E y L, S. R. L.; Difusora Hemisferio, S. R. L.; Radio Cadena Comercial, S. R. L; Eveline Espaillat y Ana Grecia L\u00f3pez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Separ\u00f3 acusaci\u00f3n contra Ana Grecia<br \/>\nContra Ana Grecia L\u00f3pez, madre de Antonio y Maribel, y acusada por varios querellantes, el magistrado separ\u00f3 su proceso penal para que no interrumpa el de sus hijos, que estaba m\u00e1s avanzado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El colapso del techo de la discoteca Jet Set ocurri\u00f3 durante un concierto del merenguero Rubby P\u00e9rez, quien falleci\u00f3 en el acto.
