{"id":10375,"date":"2022-09-13T12:30:41","date_gmt":"2022-09-13T16:30:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=10375"},"modified":"2022-09-13T12:30:47","modified_gmt":"2022-09-13T16:30:47","slug":"detienen-en-argentina-a-un-tercer-detenido-por-el-ataque-a-cristina-fernandez","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=10375","title":{"rendered":"Detienen en argentina a un tercer detenido por el ataque a Cristina Fern\u00e1ndez"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Buenos Aires.-&nbsp;<\/strong>La Justicia argentina detuvo este martes a una mujer por el ataque a la vicepresidenta, Cristina Fern\u00e1ndez, y en total ya son tres los arrestados por el atentado contra ella ocurrido el 1 de septiembre pasado, confirmaron a Efe fuentes judiciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por el ataque ya estaban detenidos Fernando Sabag Montiel, un brasile\u00f1o de 35 a\u00f1os, y su novia, Brenda Uliarte, una argentina de 23 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ambos sospechosos est\u00e1n imputados por \u00abhaber intentado dar muerte\u00bb a la exmandataria de Argentina (2007-2015) \u00abcon la planificaci\u00f3n y acuerdo previo entre ambos\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cristina Fern\u00e1ndez sufri\u00f3 un ataque fallido el 1 de septiembre, cuando un hombre gatill\u00f3 dos veces un arma, a cent\u00edmetros de su cara, mientras la vicepresidenta saludaba a sus seguidores apostados en una vigilia a las puertas de su casa, en el barrio capitalino de Recoleta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la Justicia, Sabag Montiel, \u00abaprovechando el estado de indefensi\u00f3n generado por la multitud\u00bb, apunt\u00f3 al rostro de Fern\u00e1ndez \u00abcon una pistola semiautom\u00e1tica de acci\u00f3n simple, calibre 32 auto, marca Bersa, modelo Lusber\u00bb, que accion\u00f3 \u00abal menos una ocasi\u00f3n sin que se produzca el disparo\u00bb, pese a contar con \u00abcinco cartuchos de bala del mismo calibre y resultar aptas\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tanto, Uliarte \u00abestaba presente en las inmediaciones del lugar al cual arribaron conjuntamente\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las investigaciones han determinado que los sospechosos ten\u00edan el arma y sus municiones \u00abdesde fecha anterior al hecho\u00bb, como m\u00ednimo desde el 5 de agosto de 2021, \u00absin contar con la debida autorizaci\u00f3n legal\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;A partir de la informaci\u00f3n aportada por los equipos celulares incautados, surgieron elementos donde la Justicia pudo establecer que hubo otro intento de atentado contra la vicepresidenta que fue abortado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este martes tambi\u00e9n se inform\u00f3 que se realizaron tres nuevos registros para incautar celulares, dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos y elementos de inter\u00e9s para la causa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Buenos Aires.-&nbsp;La Justicia argentina detuvo este martes a una mujer por el ataque a la vicepresidenta, Cristina Fern\u00e1ndez, y en total ya son tres los arrestados por el atentado contra ella ocurrido el 1 de septiembre pasado, confirmaron a Efe fuentes judiciales.
