Su legado en la conservaci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n de la historia de la Iglesia dominicana siempre ser\u00e1 un tesoro de sabidur\u00eda. Descansa en paz querido padre Bello\u201d, expres\u00f3 Castro, qui\u00e9n adem\u00e1s resalt\u00f3 el gran legado que deja monse\u00f1or Rafael Bello.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 56 a\u00f1os de labor sacerdotal deja el legado de su&nbsp;ilustre trayectoria eclesi\u00e1stica,&nbsp;que monse\u00f1or Castro Marte lo define como \u201cpromotor del arte sacro, amor a los cl\u00e1sicos, impulsor del mecenazgo de la historiograf\u00eda eclesi\u00e1stica y temas dominicanos, amigo del libro y promotor del Seminario Mayor. Buena Pascua\u201d.<br>Monse\u00f1or Bello Peguero naci\u00f3 en Ban\u00ed, privincia Peravia, el 1 de diciembre de 1932 y se orden\u00f3 sacerdote el 27 de febrero de 1966, ten\u00eda una inquietud permanente por elevar el nivel intelectual de los futuros sacerdotes.
