Onguito Wa enfrentar\u00e1 hoy acusaci\u00f3n ante el juez de tr\u00e1nsito"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El cantante de m\u00fasica urbana<strong>&nbsp;Elvis Manuel Santos Alc\u00e1ntara, conocido como Onguito Wa<\/strong>, ser\u00e1 presentado ante el juez de tr\u00e1nsito este viernes, un mes despu\u00e9s de supuestamente embestir con una yipeta Mercedes-Benz a un motorista, el cual falleci\u00f3 en la escena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El cantante urbano, detenido el mi\u00e9rcoles en el&nbsp;<strong>Aeropuerto&nbsp;Internacional de las Am\u00e9ricas<\/strong>&nbsp;cuando intentaba viajar a&nbsp;<strong>Colombia<\/strong>, era mantenido ayer en la tarde en el Palacio de Justicia, de Ciudad Nueva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan su abogado, Gerardo Espinosa, a Santos Alc\u00e1ntara\u00a0<strong>se le solicitar\u00e1 la medida de coerci\u00f3n en el tribunal especial de tr\u00e1nsito a las 9:00 de la ma\u00f1ana<\/strong>, de acuerdo a lo pautado por la fiscal\u00eda de tr\u00e1nsito, para lo cual ya est\u00e1 presto a rechazar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El<strong>&nbsp;Ministerio P\u00fablico inform\u00f3 que solicitar\u00e1 prisi\u00f3n preventiva<\/strong>&nbsp;contra el cantante, que est\u00e1 acusado de atropellar en la avenida Duarte, del Distrito Nacional, al&nbsp;<strong>nacional haitiano Elma Avener,<\/strong>&nbsp;quien conduc\u00eda una motocicleta y muri\u00f3 tras el choque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A&nbsp;<strong>Onguito<\/strong>&nbsp;tambi\u00e9n se le acusa de perjurio. Las autoridades afirman que, tras embestir a Avener, huy\u00f3 del lugar y luego minti\u00f3 al presentar como responsable a otro conductor. El hecho ocurri\u00f3 el pasado 29 de octubre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan una nota de prensa de la Procuradur\u00eda, el fiscal&nbsp;<strong>Rolando Lima Tapia<\/strong>, de la&nbsp;<strong>Casa del Conductor del Distrito Nacional<\/strong>, presentar\u00e1 la imputaci\u00f3n contra el exponente de la m\u00fasica urbana, el cual&nbsp;<strong>es reincidente en accidentes de tr\u00e1nsito pese a que no posee licencia de conducir.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De la forma en que huy\u00f3&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ministerio P\u00fablico detalla en el expediente acusatorio que luego de la fatal colisi\u00f3n,&nbsp;<strong>Onguito<\/strong>&nbsp;y su acompa\u00f1ante&nbsp;<strong>Massiel Altagracia Peralt<\/strong>a huyeron de la escena, buscaron a un motoconchista y dejaron a \u201cla v\u00edctima destrozada en el pavimento\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indica que el imputado arm\u00f3&nbsp;<strong>\u201cuna especie de conspiraci\u00f3n\u201d,<\/strong>&nbsp;al buscar al joven Erick Rafel Peralta Ortega para que se presentara como responsable del accidente ante la Polic\u00eda Nacional, el Ministerio P\u00fablico e incluso ante la sociedad en general.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El cantante de m\u00fasica urbana&nbsp;Elvis Manuel Santos Alc\u00e1ntara, conocido como Onguito Wa, ser\u00e1 presentado ante el juez de tr\u00e1nsito este viernes, un mes despu\u00e9s de supuestamente embestir con una yipeta Mercedes-Benz a un motorista, el cual falleci\u00f3 en la escena.
