En su quehacer en el Estado,\u00a0 se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como diputado, senador, secretario de la Liga Municipal Dominicana (LMD), candidato presidencial y presidente de su Partido Liberal Reformista (PLR) desde el 2015.
