{"id":15971,"date":"2023-02-21T10:55:06","date_gmt":"2023-02-21T14:55:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=15971"},"modified":"2023-02-21T10:55:12","modified_gmt":"2023-02-21T14:55:12","slug":"solicitan-hacer-otra-autopsia-a-esmeralda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=15971","title":{"rendered":"Solicitan hacer otra autopsia a Esmeralda"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El abogado de la\u00a0Familia Richiez, doctor Raymundo Rosario, dijo que \u201cCon la nueva experticia se van a probar muchas cosas\u201d a su salida de la audiencia donde le fue impuesto un a\u00f1o de prisi\u00f3n como medida de coerci\u00f3n al profesor\u00a0<strong>Jhohn kelly Mart\u00ednez,<\/strong>\u00a0principal imputado en la muerte de la joven\u00a0Esmeralda Richiez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El abogado dijo que ahora, con la imposici\u00f3n de los doce meses de prisi\u00f3n preventiva, se les abre suficiente tiempo para continuar con la investigaci\u00f3n del caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSe nos abre suficiente espacio para nosotros continuar la investigaci\u00f3n que obviamente tras una nueva experticia se van a probar muchas cosas\u201d, dijo el abogado a su salida de sal\u00f3n de audiencias del juzgado de atenci\u00f3n permanente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rosario detall\u00f3 que est\u00e1n previendo que el cuerpo de la adolescente de 16 a\u00f1os, quien fue encontrada muerta en el ba\u00f1o de su residencia, luego de que saliera con su maestro de matem\u00e1ticas, el primo de este y tres amigas de escuela, sea exhumado. \u201cEstamos previendo eso\u201d, dijo el abogado cuando fue preguntado por periodistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto es para profundizar en algunas indagaciones, dijo Rosario, con el fin de esclarecer y comprobar todos los hechos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los familiares de Esmeralda Richiez solicitar\u00e1n al Ministerio P\u00fablico la realizaci\u00f3n de una\u00a0segunda necropsia\u00a0a su cad\u00e1ver para avalar y hacer \u201cincuestionables los resultados\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El abogado de la\u00a0Familia Richiez, doctor Raymundo Rosario, dijo que \u201cCon la nueva experticia se van a probar muchas cosas\u201d a su salida de la audiencia donde le fue impuesto un a\u00f1o de prisi\u00f3n como medida de coerci\u00f3n al profesor\u00a0Jhohn kelly Mart\u00ednez,\u00a0principal imputado en la muerte de la joven\u00a0Esmeralda Richiez.
