{"id":16474,"date":"2023-04-11T10:53:14","date_gmt":"2023-04-11T14:53:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=16474"},"modified":"2023-04-11T10:53:22","modified_gmt":"2023-04-11T14:53:22","slug":"juez-rodriguez-consoro-dice-fue-destituido-por-el-poder-judicial-con-el-proposito-de-conseguir-views-y-likes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=16474","title":{"rendered":"Juez Rodr\u00edguez Consor\u00f3 dice fue destituido por el Poder Judicial con el prop\u00f3sito de conseguir \u2018views\u2019 y \u2018likes\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El destituido juez Juan Francisco Rodr\u00edguez Consor\u00f3 consider\u00f3 que el Consejo del Poder Judicial<a href=\"https:\/\/listindiario.com\/la-republica\/2023\/04\/05\/770338\/consejo-del-poder-judicial-destituye-al-juez-juan-francisco-consoro\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>, lo destituy\u00f3 mediante una resoluci\u00f3n completa de violaci\u00f3n&nbsp;<\/strong><\/a>a todos sus derechos fundamentales y con aplicaci\u00f3n retroactiva de normas,&nbsp;<strong>algunas de las cuales contienen visos de \u201cinconstitucionalidad\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El ex juez del juzgado de Atenci\u00f3n Permanente del Distrito Nacional, dijo que la decisi\u00f3n fue con el objetivo de satisfacer las presiones de un sector del Ministerio P\u00fablico y la realidad del momento,&nbsp;<strong>con su prop\u00f3sito de seguir alimentando el circo, conseguir&nbsp;<\/strong>\u2018<strong>views<\/strong>\u2019<strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<\/strong>\u2018<strong>likes<\/strong>\u2019<strong>, que es casi parte del diario vivir<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Expres\u00f3 que con este pronunciamiento no pretende defender al juez por su destituci\u00f3n, ya que esa funci\u00f3n no le define ni como persona ni como profesional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que quienes lo conocen y han seguido su trayectoria a lo interno del Poder Judicial, saben que su formaci\u00f3n personal no le permite ser parte de actos contrarios a la ley, la \u00e9tica y la moral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asegur\u00f3 que est\u00e1 consciente que se trata de una decisi\u00f3n que&nbsp;<strong>es recurrible y revocable, pues, no tiene autoridad de la cosa irrevocablemente juzgada<\/strong>, la cual va a apelar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMi prop\u00f3sito es responder el juicio medi\u00e1tico que se ha hecho a un proceso disciplinario, pues, defender mi honor, mi buen nombre y el de mi familia, a la cual me debo con todo mi ser, es un derecho\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rodr\u00edguez Consor\u00f3, quien fue destituido por cometer faltas graves en el ejercicio de sus funciones,&nbsp;<\/strong>sostuvo que no est\u00e1 opuesto a ser investigado penalmente, ya que no tiene nada que esconder ni que temer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, dijo que a lo que est\u00e1 completamente opuesto, es a que cualquier persona sin importar raza, color e ideolog\u00eda, sea procesada fuera de todas las garant\u00edas constitucionales, y que se le condene sin pruebas, simplemente por el rumor que ellos mismos han creado, lo que ha generado este juicio medi\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El destituido juez Juan Francisco Rodr\u00edguez Consor\u00f3 consider\u00f3 que el Consejo del Poder Judicial, lo destituy\u00f3 mediante una resoluci\u00f3n completa de violaci\u00f3n&nbsp;a todos sus derechos fundamentales y con aplicaci\u00f3n retroactiva de normas,&nbsp;algunas de las cuales contienen visos de \u201cinconstitucionalidad\u201d.
