{"id":18749,"date":"2023-07-07T08:15:02","date_gmt":"2023-07-07T12:15:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=18749"},"modified":"2023-07-07T08:15:04","modified_gmt":"2023-07-07T12:15:04","slug":"roban-expediente-del-caso-del-dotolcito-al-abogado-de-la-familia-de-joshua","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=18749","title":{"rendered":"ROBAN EXPEDIENTE DEL CASO DEL DOTOLCITO AL ABOGADO DE LA FAMILIA DE JOSHUA."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El abogado de la familia del joven &nbsp;<strong>Joshua Omar Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, quien&nbsp;muri\u00f3 de un disparo por la banda a la que alegadamente pertenece&nbsp;<strong>Wesly Vicent Carmona, alias el Dotolcito,&nbsp;<\/strong>denunci\u00f3 este jueves que le sustrajeron de su veh\u00edculo el expediente del caso, pero que dejaron otros casos que lleva en la justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el robo tambi\u00e9n se llevaron una laptop y otras pertenencias, seg\u00fan el abogado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jean Cristofer P\u00e9rez<\/strong>&nbsp;interpuso la denuncia en la Polic\u00eda Nacional en el d\u00eda de hoy. P\u00e9rez representa a la familia de<strong>&nbsp;Joshua Omar Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, el estudiante que fue alcanzado por una bala de las que se dispar\u00f3 en un asalto en el que se se\u00f1ala a el &nbsp;<strong>Dotolcito<\/strong>&nbsp;en una discoteca del sector Naco del Distrito Nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En el caso tambi\u00e9n se involucran a Alison de Jes\u00fas P\u00e9rez, alias Chiquito, y a Luis Antonio Brito Troncoso<\/strong>, quienes habr\u00edan hecho los disparos. Uno de ellos seg\u00f3 la vida de Fern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El abogado P\u00e9rez sostuvo que el expediente desapareci\u00f3 de su veh\u00edculo cuando estaba estacionado frente al negocio Serigraf\u00eda Quisqueyana, en la calle Mar\u00eda Toledo, Villa Consuelo, Distrito Nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan se evidencia en el acta de denuncia realizada en la Polic\u00eda Nacional, elementos no identificados, rompieron el cristal trasero izquierdo del veh\u00edculo Chevrolet Cruze, y se llevaron un malet\u00edn, con una laptop, celular y carnet, m\u00e1s el expediente mencionado, dejando otros que se encontraban en autom\u00f3vil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMe result\u00f3 extra\u00f1o, que de varios expedientes que se encontraban en el veh\u00edculo, adem\u00e1s de dinero en efectivo, solamente se llevar\u00e1n el relacionado al joven occiso&nbsp;<strong>Joshua Omar Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>\u201c, puntualiz\u00f3 el abogado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El hecho se encuentra bajo investigaci\u00f3n de la Polic\u00eda, cuyos agentes procedieron a trasladar el veh\u00edculo a su unidad cient\u00edfica para el levantamiento de evidencias, adem\u00e1s de la revisi\u00f3n de c\u00e1maras de seguridad del per\u00edmetro donde se produjo el hecho, afirm\u00f3 el abogado en una comunicaci\u00f3n de prensa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por la muerte de&nbsp;<strong>Joshua Omar Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>&nbsp; cumplen prisi\u00f3n, como medida de coerci\u00f3n,Wesly Vicent Carmona, alias el DotolcitoAlison de Jes\u00fas P\u00e9rez, alias Chiquito, y a Luis Antonio Brito Troncoso.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El abogado de la familia del joven &nbsp;Joshua Omar Fern\u00e1ndez, quien&nbsp;muri\u00f3 de un disparo por la banda a la que alegadamente pertenece&nbsp;Wesly Vicent Carmona, alias el Dotolcito,&nbsp;denunci\u00f3 este jueves que le sustrajeron de su veh\u00edculo el expediente del caso, pero que dejaron otros casos que lleva en la justicia.
