{"id":19835,"date":"2023-08-11T07:20:55","date_gmt":"2023-08-11T11:20:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=19835"},"modified":"2023-08-11T07:20:59","modified_gmt":"2023-08-11T11:20:59","slug":"jce-prohibe-mitines-marchas-y-la-publicidad-externa-durante-precampana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=19835","title":{"rendered":"JCE proh\u00edbe m\u00edtines, marchas y la publicidad externa durante precampa\u00f1a."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Junta Central Electoral emiti\u00f3 anoche un comunicado de&nbsp;<strong>admonici\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;en el que advirti\u00f3 a los&nbsp;<strong>partidos pol\u00edticos<\/strong>&nbsp;a abstenerse de violar las disposiciones establecidas por ley para la&nbsp;<strong>precampa\u00f1a<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un espacio pagado, que aparece en este diario, el \u00f3rgano electoral avisa a los partidos que \u00ab<strong>deben cesar en lo inmediato&nbsp;<\/strong>los actos prohibidos durante la precampa\u00f1a\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que, de acuerdo a lo previsto en el art\u00edculo 44 de la ley 33-18, de Partidos, Agrupaciones y Movimientos Pol\u00edticos, hasta que no quede abierto el per\u00edodo de campa\u00f1a electoral,<strong>&nbsp;est\u00e1 prohibida&nbsp;<\/strong>\u00abla celebraci\u00f3n de eventos multitudinarios como&nbsp;<strong>m\u00edtines<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>marchas<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>caravanas<\/strong>&nbsp;y la<strong>&nbsp;divulgaci\u00f3n de propaganda electoral&nbsp;<\/strong>como la colocaci\u00f3n de vallas, afiches, pancartas, as\u00ed como la promoci\u00f3n de los aspirantes a trav\u00e9s de medios de comunicaci\u00f3n como la radio y la televisi\u00f3n\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manda a retirar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En su comunicado de admonici\u00f3n, el Pleno de la Junta Central Electoral orden\u00f3 a las organizaciones pol\u00edticas, y a cualquier aspirante de las mismas,&nbsp;<strong>retirar cualquier valla<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>afiche y pancarta<\/strong>.
