{"id":20595,"date":"2023-09-04T07:11:40","date_gmt":"2023-09-04T11:11:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=20595"},"modified":"2023-09-04T07:11:47","modified_gmt":"2023-09-04T11:11:47","slug":"una-mujer-estafo-decenas-de-personas-haciendose-pasar-por-abogada-en-santiago","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=20595","title":{"rendered":"UNA MUJER ESTAFO DECENAS DE PERSONAS HACIENDOSE PASAR POR ABOGADA EN SANTIAGO."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una mujer fue sometida a la justicia en Santiago, acusada de estafar a decenas de personas&nbsp;<strong>haci\u00e9ndose pasar por abogada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al ser detenida, las autoridades le ocuparon a\u00a0<strong>Amanda Tejada de la Cruz\u00a0<\/strong>un carnet falso del\u00a0<strong>Colegio de Abogados\u00a0<\/strong>de la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan la acusaci\u00f3n, la mujer fue apresada en<strong>&nbsp;flagrante delito<\/strong>&nbsp;mientras&nbsp;negociaba la representaci\u00f3n de un<strong>&nbsp;preso preventivo&nbsp;<\/strong>con familiares del reo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sobre Tejada de la Cruz<strong>\u00a0pesan varias querellas<\/strong>\u00a0por parte de las v\u00edctimas, por\u00a0<strong>usurpaci\u00f3n de funciones<\/strong>\u00a0y usar un carnet falso para hacerse pasar por\u00a0<strong>abogada<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan la denuncia, la falsa&nbsp;<strong>abogada<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>actuaba en complicidad con internos<\/strong>&nbsp;del Centro de Correcci\u00f3n y Rehabilitaci\u00f3n&nbsp;<strong>Rafey<\/strong>, de Santiago, quienes hac\u00edan contacto con los presos de nuevo ingreso para estafarlos, cobr\u00e1ndoles<strong>&nbsp;altas sumas de dinero<\/strong>&nbsp;para gestionarles la libertad.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras su arresto, Amanda Tejada de la Cruz fue conducida a la<strong>\u00a0carcelita<\/strong>\u00a0del Palacio de Justicia de Santiago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se espera que la mujer sea presentada ante el juez de la Oficina Judicial de Servicios de Atenci\u00f3n Permanente para que le conozcan medida de coerci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las supuestas v\u00edctimas de Tejada de la Cruz que se han querellado llamaron a otras personas que fueron timadas por la f\u00e9mina, a poner la denuncia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Una mujer fue sometida a la justicia en Santiago, acusada de estafar a decenas de personas&nbsp;haci\u00e9ndose pasar por abogada.
