{"id":22529,"date":"2023-11-09T07:24:16","date_gmt":"2023-11-09T11:24:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=22529"},"modified":"2023-11-09T07:24:18","modified_gmt":"2023-11-09T11:24:18","slug":"junta-central-electoral-rechaza-candidatura-presidencial-de-ramfis-trujillo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=22529","title":{"rendered":"Junta Central Electoral rechaza candidatura presidencial de Ramfis Trujillo."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El pleno de la Junta Central Electoral (JCE), mediante la resoluci\u00f3n 75-2023, rechaz\u00f3 la candidatura presidencial presentada de&nbsp;<strong>Ramfis Dom\u00ednguez Trujillo<\/strong>, quien se postular\u00eda a trav\u00e9s del Partido Esperanza Democr\u00e1tica (PED).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En sus motivaciones, el \u00f3rgano electoral explica, adem\u00e1s, &nbsp;que la candidatura fue rechazada en virtud de que la misma&nbsp;<strong>no cumple con los requisitos previstos del p\u00e1rrafo \u00fanico del art\u00edculo 20 de la Constituci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;debido a que naci\u00f3 en los Estados Unidos y a\u00fan no ha renunciado a esa nacionalidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Resalt\u00f3 que ese p\u00e1rrafo del art\u00edculo 20 de la carta magna, que trata sobre la doble nacionalidad, rese\u00f1a que \u201clas dominicanas y los dominicanos que adopten otra nacionalidad, por acto voluntario o por el lugar de nacimiento, podr\u00e1n aspirar a la presidencia y vicepresidencia de la Rep\u00fablica, si renunciaren a la nacionalidad adquirida con diez a\u00f1os de anticipaci\u00f3n a la elecci\u00f3n y residieren en el pa\u00eds durante los diez a\u00f1os previos al cargo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, indic\u00f3 que podr\u00e1n ocupar otros cargos electivos, ministeriales o de representaci\u00f3n diplom\u00e1tica del pa\u00eds en el exterior y en organismos internacionales, sin renunciar a la nacionalidad adquirida\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ya Ramfis Dom\u00ednguez Trujillo, nieto del tirano Rafael Le\u00f3nidas Trujillo, hab\u00eda intentado aspirar en 2020 por el Partido Nacional de Voluntad Ciudadana (PNVC)&nbsp;<strong>pero la candidatura fue rechazada tanto por la JCE como por el Tribunal Superior Electoral (TSE)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En ese momento, el TSE, presidido entonces por el actual presidente de la JCE Rom\u00e1n J\u00e1quez Liranzo, indic\u00f3 que&nbsp;<strong>al no haber renunciado a la nacionalidad estadounidense<\/strong>&nbsp;en esa \u00e9poca; tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 imposibilitado para optar por ese cargo electivo en el 2024 y en el 2028.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El pleno de la Junta Central Electoral (JCE), mediante la resoluci\u00f3n 75-2023, rechaz\u00f3 la candidatura presidencial presentada de&nbsp;Ramfis Dom\u00ednguez Trujillo, quien se postular\u00eda a trav\u00e9s del Partido Esperanza Democr\u00e1tica (PED).
