Destac\u00f3 la importancia de la diplomacia en la construcci\u00f3n de puentes que fomentan la comprensi\u00f3n mutua, el intercambio cultural y econ\u00f3mico, y la colaboraci\u00f3n en diversas \u00e1reas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Embajador Ernesto Torres Pereyra, en respuesta, agradeci\u00f3 sinceramente al Ayuntamiento de Hig\u00fcey por este prestigioso reconocimiento y reafirm\u00f3 su compromiso de continuar trabajando para fortalecer los v\u00ednculos entre Guyana y la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana.
