Fritzl, quien tiene 88 a\u00f1os,&nbsp;<strong>padece supuestamente demencia y su estado f\u00edsico es d\u00e9bil luego de varias ca\u00eddas<\/strong>, por lo que, seg\u00fan el medio austriaco ORF, no representar\u00eda ser una amenaza para el p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aun as\u00ed, es un tribunal de Austria quien tiene la \u00faltima palabra de si las condiciones de salud del presidiario le permitan trasladarlo desde la prisi\u00f3n de alta seguridad en la que est\u00e1, a una r<strong>esidencia de ancianos.<\/strong>\u00a0Tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 la\u00a0<strong>posibilidad de que obtenga la libertad condicional este 2024<\/strong>, por una ley de ese pa\u00eds que permite la solicitud de la misma cuando los presos condenados a cadena perpetua, cumplen 15 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La historia de Fritzl conmocion\u00f3 al mundo cuando sali\u00f3 a la luz en 2008.&nbsp;<strong>Su hija, Elisabeth, desapareci\u00f3 en 1984 a los 18 a\u00f1os y fue encontrada despu\u00e9s de dos d\u00e9cadas de cautiverio y abusos en un s\u00f3tano sin ventanas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando se le pregunt\u00f3 sobre su paradero, Fritzl hab\u00eda afirmado que ella se hab\u00eda escapado.<br><br>En 2009, Fritzl fue&nbsp;<strong>sentenciado a cadena perpetua por incesto, violaci\u00f3n, coerci\u00f3n, encarcelamiento ilegal, esclavitud y homicidio negligente<\/strong>.
