{"id":27731,"date":"2024-04-25T07:43:42","date_gmt":"2024-04-25T11:43:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=27731"},"modified":"2024-04-25T07:43:45","modified_gmt":"2024-04-25T11:43:45","slug":"condenan-a-15-anos-de-prision-al-dotolcito-30-para-chiquito-20-para-luisito","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=27731","title":{"rendered":"CONDENAN A 15 A\u00d1OS DE PRISION AL DOTOLCITO, 30 PARA CHIQUITO &amp; 20 PARA LUISITO."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Las juezas del Segundo Tribunal Colegiado del Distrito Nacional sentenciaron a Wesly Vincent Carmona, conocido como \u201cEl Dotolcito\u201d, 15 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras que Allyson de Jes\u00fas P\u00e9rez Mej\u00eda (Chiquito) fue sentenciado a 30 a\u00f1os de c\u00e1rcel y Luis Alberto \u201cLuisito\u201d Brito 20 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas condenas fueron emitidas por las juezas Claribel Nivar, Gissell Soto Pe\u00f1a y Clara Sobeida Castillo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Joshua falleci\u00f3 el pasado 16 de abril de 2023, a causa de un disparo en la cabeza mientras sub\u00eda a un veh\u00edculo cuando sal\u00eda de una discoteca ubicada en el ensanche Naco del Distrito Nacional, a la edad de 19 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por el crimen, el Ministerio P\u00fablico solicitaba condenar a 30 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n a El Dotolcito, mientras que para Chiquito y Brito Troncoso pidi\u00f3 que fueran sentenciados a 40 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ministerio P\u00fablico acusaba a El Dotolcito de violar los art\u00edculos 265, 266, 295, 304, 379, 382 y 385 del C\u00f3digo Penal Dominicano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras que, Chiquito fue acusado de violar 265, 266, 295, 304, 379, 382 y 385 del C\u00f3digo Penal Dominicano y los art\u00edculos 66 p\u00e1rrafo II y 67 de la Ley 631-16 sobre Control y Regulaci\u00f3n de Armas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tanto, al imputado Luisito le se\u00f1alaba por violar los art\u00edculos 265, 266, 295, 304, 379, 382 y 385 del C\u00f3digo Penal Dominicano.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Las juezas del Segundo Tribunal Colegiado del Distrito Nacional sentenciaron a Wesly Vincent Carmona, conocido como \u201cEl Dotolcito\u201d, 15 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n.
