{"id":28055,"date":"2024-05-04T07:40:19","date_gmt":"2024-05-04T11:40:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=28055"},"modified":"2024-05-04T07:40:21","modified_gmt":"2024-05-04T11:40:21","slug":"se-entrega-hombre-denunciado-por-agresion-y-maltratos-contra-su-ex-pareja-en-spm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=28055","title":{"rendered":"Se entrega hombre denunciado por agresi\u00f3n y maltratos contra su ex pareja en SPM."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Un hombre que era buscado por delito de agresi\u00f3n f\u00edsica contra su ex pareja y cuyo caso fue hecho viral en las redes sociales a trav\u00e9s de un video, opt\u00f3 por entregarse ante la Direcci\u00f3n Regional Sureste, de esta ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trata de Juan Carlos De los Santos De los Santos, de 28 a\u00f1os, residente en el municipio de Quisqueya, y quien ten\u00eda en su contra la orden de arresto No. 02118-2023, por agresiones y maltrato f\u00edsico contra su expareja Arianny Sosa G\u00f3mez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Juan Carlos De los Santos De los Santos fue entregado por su madre al Director Regional Sureste, P.N., General Wandy M. Mad\u00e9 Montilla, junto al Mayor M\u00e1ximo Y. Torres Pe\u00f1a, supervisor zonal del municipio Quisqueya, y el segundo teniente Roselin Severino G., encargado de la Unidad de Violencia de G\u00e9nero (UVG), de esta ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras la denuncia interpuesta por la se\u00f1ora G\u00f3mez, en fecha 17\/09\/2023, la Polic\u00eda Nacional, junto a la Unidad de Violencia de G\u00e9nero de esta provincia, y la Direcci\u00f3n Especializada de Atenci\u00f3n a la Mujer y Violencia Intrafamiliar (DEAMVI) de esta regional, le han brindado el apoyo y la asistencia necesaria a la v\u00edctima en este caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese sentido, los agentes policiales dieron constante seguimiento al presunto agresor para apresarlo y someterlo a la justicia, v\u00eda el Ministerio P\u00fablico, raz\u00f3n por la que en el d\u00eda de hoy decidi\u00f3 entregarse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El detenido ser\u00e1 enviado a las autoridades competentes para los fines legales correspondientes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un hombre que era buscado por delito de agresi\u00f3n f\u00edsica contra su ex pareja y cuyo caso fue hecho viral en las redes sociales a trav\u00e9s de un video, opt\u00f3 por entregarse ante la Direcci\u00f3n Regional Sureste, de esta ciudad.
