Un reconocido delincuente<\/strong> activamente perseguido por m\u00faltiples delitos<\/strong> y de herir de bala<\/strong> a un miembro<\/strong> de la Polic\u00eda Nacional, cay\u00f3 abatido<\/strong> la ma\u00f1ana de este viernes al enfrentar a una patrulla de Investigaci\u00f3n (DICRIM), todo esto parte de una operaci\u00f3n denominada \u201cColinas\u201d<\/strong> en el  municipio de Cevicos<\/strong>, provincia S\u00e1nchez Ram\u00edrez<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se trata de Antonio de Jes\u00fas y\/o El Menor<\/strong>, a quien se le ocup\u00f3 una mini uzi marca Phila PA, Serie No. 18811, calibre 9mm, con su cargador y municiones, a nombre de una persona (ya identificada) y con la licencia vencida desde junio del 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tambi\u00e9n, una pistola marca Tanfoglio, calibre 9mm, serie No. AE45261 con su cargador y c\u00e1psulas<\/strong>, tres celulares, una Tablet, cinco cargadores, una radio de comunicaci\u00f3n, un cargador de celular y un chaleco antibalas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con el informe preliminar, fue ejecutada la operaci\u00f3n \u201cColinas\u201d<\/strong> en el paraje La Hondonada, de Cevicos, donde se le daba seguimiento<\/strong> al reconocido delincuente, donde fue ubicado en una propiedad suya<\/strong>, lugar donde atac\u00f3 a los miembros actuantes al percatare de su presencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fueron en esas circunstancias que los agentes se vieron en la necesidad de ripostar la agresi\u00f3n<\/strong>, ocasion\u00e1ndole las heridas que posteriormente le provocaron la muerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Historial delictivo de \u201cEl Menor\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Se informa que De Jes\u00fas y\/o El Menor era buscado por miembros de Investigaci\u00f3n de servicio en Cotu\u00ed<\/strong>, por tener en su contra varias \u00f3rdenes de arresto por diferentes hechos delictivos como son las siguientes No. 352-2023-AJ-00041 y 352-2023-AJ-00242.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el enfrentamiento donde result\u00f3 muerto \u201cEl Menor\u201d<\/strong>, tambi\u00e9n result\u00f3 herido de arma de fuego el miembro policial Jos\u00e9 Alberto Roa Matos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adem\u00e1s, en la \u201cOperaci\u00f3n Colinas\u201d fue ocupada la motocicleta marca Haojue, rojo, la cual estaba estacionada en la parte de afuera de la vivienda donde se estaba escondiendo el hoy occiso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dicha intervenci\u00f3n cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de miembros del\u00a0Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/strong>, agentes de la Direcci\u00f3n Central de Prevenci\u00f3n, Direcci\u00f3n de \u00c1rea de Crimen Organizado, Subdirecci\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n Cibao Sur, de Bonao, Divisi\u00f3n de la DNCD, en Cotu\u00ed, as\u00ed como de Antisecuestros y Extorsiones de la Polic\u00eda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
