{"id":29008,"date":"2024-06-03T07:15:15","date_gmt":"2024-06-03T11:15:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=29008"},"modified":"2024-06-03T07:15:20","modified_gmt":"2024-06-03T11:15:20","slug":"a-prision-por-20-anos-tres-acusados-de-matar-hombre-durante-atraco-en-monte-plata","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=29008","title":{"rendered":"A prisi\u00f3n por 20 a\u00f1os tres acusados de matar hombre durante atraco en Monte Plata"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El&nbsp;<strong>Tribunal Colegiado del Distrito Judicial<\/strong>&nbsp;de<strong>&nbsp;Monte Plata<\/strong>, conden\u00f3 a&nbsp;<strong>20 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;a tres hombres hallados culpables de matar durante un atraco, al se\u00f1or&nbsp;<strong>muerte de Enrique de la Cruz Moreta,<\/strong>&nbsp;de 36 a\u00f1os de edad, y herir a&nbsp;<strong>Ricardo Gil Soto, de 21 a\u00f1os, en dicha localidad.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los condenados son: Adri\u00e1n Carri\u00f3n (Loco), Oliver de la Cruz Carrion (El Guardia) y Jaime Antillis Nouel (Cuchillo), quienes durante un asalto la noche del viernes 7 de enero del a\u00f1o 2022, interceptaron a De la Cruz Moreta y Gil Soto, en la carretera los Limones\u2014 Gonzalo, los enca\u00f1onaron con dos armas de fuego, hiri\u00e9ndolos y lo despoj\u00e1ndolos de sus pertenencias, tras el crimen emprendieron la huida a bordo de una motocicleta Suzuki, siendo apresados minutos despu\u00e9s por agentes de la polic\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A<strong>l momento del apresamiento, se les ocup\u00f3 la suma de RD$13,000.00 en efectivo, cuatro tel\u00e9fonos celulares, un revolver con cuatro c\u00e1psulas y una pistola con dos cargadores y 11 c\u00e1psulas para la misma, que portaban de manera ilegal.<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/norbertorodprm\/\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las autoridades se\u00f1alaron que Antillis Nouel manifest\u00f3 que los dos primeros llegaron al lugar y le dijeron que los hab\u00eda mandado un tal \u00abNani\u00bb para que lo matara, ya que hab\u00edan tenido problemas anteriormente, pero esto nunca se pudo demostrar en el proceso judicial ya que los condenados se opusieron a hablar del tema, pese a haber admitido su culpabilidad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El&nbsp;Tribunal Colegiado del Distrito Judicial&nbsp;de&nbsp;Monte Plata, conden\u00f3 a&nbsp;20 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n&nbsp;a tres hombres hallados culpables de matar durante un atraco, al se\u00f1or&nbsp;muerte de Enrique de la Cruz Moreta,&nbsp;de 36 a\u00f1os de edad, y herir a&nbsp;Ricardo Gil Soto, de 21 a\u00f1os, en dicha localidad.
