{"id":31882,"date":"2024-08-23T07:34:53","date_gmt":"2024-08-23T11:34:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=31882"},"modified":"2024-08-23T07:34:55","modified_gmt":"2024-08-23T11:34:55","slug":"tres-meses-de-coercion-a-acusado-de-matar-mujer-hallada-en-un-tanque","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=31882","title":{"rendered":"Tres meses de coerci\u00f3n a acusado de matar mujer hallada en un tanque."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Alexis de Jes\u00fas Jim\u00e9nez,<\/strong>&nbsp;acusado de matar a la joven Alina Ram\u00edrez Felice, cuyo&nbsp;<strong>cad\u00e1ver fue hallado en un tanque, neg\u00f3&nbsp;<\/strong>ante la prensa ser el responsable del hecho tras la Oficina de Atenci\u00f3n Permanente del Distrito Judicial de Monte Plata, imponerle&nbsp;<strong>tres meses como medida de coerci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De Jes\u00fas L\u00f3pez cumplir\u00e1 la medida en el Centro de Correcci\u00f3n y Rehabilitaci\u00f3n (CCR) de Najayo Hombres, as\u00ed lo dispuso la jueza Isabel Angelica Reyes Mu\u00f1oz, mientras el Ministerio P\u00fablico contin\u00faa con las investigaciones de lugar para esclarecer los hechos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De Jes\u00fas L\u00f3pez es acusado de violar los art\u00edculos 295, 296, 297, 298 y 302 del C\u00f3digo Penal Dominicano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la audiencia para el conocimiento de la medida de coerci\u00f3n, el Ministerio P\u00fablico estuvo representado por los fiscales Saida V\u00e1zquez y F\u00e9lix Heredia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras, familiares de la v\u00edctima manifestaron que esperaban la medida sea de un a\u00f1o, y se mantienen con la esperanza de que el acusado sea condenado por este crimen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sobre el hecho<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alina, se encontraba desaparecida desde hace varios d\u00edas, y su cuerpo fue encontrado sin vida, dentro de un tanque tapado en unos matorrales, detr\u00e1s del Santuario Santo Cristo de los Milagros, en Bayaguana, era oriunda del Batey Tarana, del mismo municipio.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alexis de Jes\u00fas Jim\u00e9nez,&nbsp;acusado de matar a la joven Alina Ram\u00edrez Felice, cuyo&nbsp;cad\u00e1ver fue hallado en un tanque, neg\u00f3&nbsp;ante la prensa ser el responsable del hecho tras la Oficina de Atenci\u00f3n Permanente del Distrito Judicial de Monte Plata, imponerle&nbsp;tres meses como medida de coerci\u00f3n.
