Montilla, comandando por el Tte. Coronel Herasmi Oviedo Villegas, Comandante Departamento Policial San Pedro, fue desplegado un amplio operativo preventivo anti-ruido, en el cual fueron ocupados varios equipos de sonidos por estar funcionando a excesivos vol\u00famenes, provocando de esta manera una alta contaminaci\u00f3n s\u00f3nica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta ocasi\u00f3n fueron intervenidos diferentes sectores de esta ciudad, dando como resultado la ocupaci\u00f3n de (05) Kitipos, (05) Bajos, (08) Bocinas amplificadas, por tener una alta contaminaci\u00f3n s\u00f3nica y obstrucci\u00f3n en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos operativos son realizados conforme a la Ley 64-00 sobre Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales y la Ley 90-19 sobre Prevenci\u00f3n, Supresi\u00f3n y Limitaci\u00f3n de Ruidos Nocivos y Molestos que Producen Contaminaci\u00f3n Sonora; y conformados por agentes Policiales adscritos a la Polic\u00eda Preventiva, la Unidad de Acci\u00f3n R\u00e1pida y dem\u00e1s fuerzas agregadas, con la finalidad de dar respuestas inmediatas a las diferentes denuncias de los ciudadanos que se ven afectados por estas acciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Polic\u00eda Nacional continuar\u00e1 trabajando para llevar tranquilidad, mantener el orden p\u00fablico y la Paz de nuestras comunidades y de los ciudadanos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por instrucciones de nuestro Director Regional Sureste, P.N., General Wandy M.
