{"id":33317,"date":"2024-10-03T07:28:54","date_gmt":"2024-10-03T11:28:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=33317"},"modified":"2024-10-03T07:28:56","modified_gmt":"2024-10-03T11:28:56","slug":"tres-miembros-del-consejo-presidencial-de-transicion-de-haiti-son-acusados-de-corrupcion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=33317","title":{"rendered":"Tres miembros del Consejo Presidencial de Transici\u00f3n de Hait\u00ed son acusados de corrupci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Los miembros del&nbsp;<strong>Consejo Presidencial de Transici\u00f3n (CPT)&nbsp;<\/strong>de&nbsp;<strong>Hait\u00ed<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Louis Gerald Gilles, Smith Augustin y Emmanuel Vertilaires<\/strong>&nbsp;deben ser procesados por abuso de sus funciones, pago de sobornos y corrupci\u00f3n pasiva, recomend\u00f3 la Unidad de Lucha contra la Corrupci\u00f3n (ULCC) en un informe dado a conocer este mi\u00e9rcoles en una rueda de prensa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ULCC, organismo estatal que investiga los casos de corrupci\u00f3n en el pa\u00eds, exige que \u00abse ponga en marcha la acci\u00f3n p\u00fablica\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La recomendaci\u00f3n se basa en las disposiciones de la Ley del 12 de marzo de 2014 sobre la prevenci\u00f3n y la represi\u00f3n de la corrupci\u00f3n en Hait\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este informe trata sobre las investigaciones acerca de que estos tres miembros del Consejo Presidencial (CPT) supuestamente solicitaron 100 millones de gourdes (unos 759,700 d\u00f3lares) para influir en la reelecci\u00f3n de Raoul Pascal Pierre-Louis como presidente del estatal Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n del Banco Nacional de Cr\u00e9dito (BNC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En las conclusiones de su investigaci\u00f3n, la ULCC exige que tambi\u00e9n se emprendan acciones p\u00fablicas contra Raoul Pierre-Louis, antiguo presidente del BNC, por obstrucci\u00f3n a la Justicia, y que sea extraditado a Hait\u00ed.
