Coronel Herasmi Oviedo Villegas, Comandante Departamento Policial San Pedro, junto a la Unidad Acci\u00f3n R\u00e1pida, fue detenido el veh\u00edculo tipo Jeepeta, marca Jeep, modelo Grand Cherokee, color negro, mientras este transitaba con una alta contaminaci\u00f3n s\u00f3nica provocada por la MOFLERIA adaptada al referido veh\u00edculo, la cual provoca ruidos excesivos alterando de esta manera el orden p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dicha detenci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 bajo el amparo de la Ley 64-00 sobre Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales, y la Ley 90-19 sobre Prevenci\u00f3n, Supresi\u00f3n y Limitaci\u00f3n de Ruidos Nocivos y Molestos que producen contaminaci\u00f3n sonora; la violacion a estas leyes constituye por tanto un delito ambiental y ser\u00e1 sancionado conforme a las misma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El veh\u00edculo fue env\u00edalo antes las autoridades competentes para los fines de lugar correspondientes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mediante operativos realizados en diferentes sectores de esta ciudad, encabezados por el Tte.
