{"id":33650,"date":"2024-10-12T09:39:50","date_gmt":"2024-10-12T13:39:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=33650"},"modified":"2024-10-12T09:39:51","modified_gmt":"2024-10-12T13:39:51","slug":"trasladan-a-la-carcel-de-najayo-a-jochi-gomez-hugo-beras-y-pedro-padovani-por-caso-intrant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=33650","title":{"rendered":"Trasladan a la c\u00e1rcel de Najayo a Jochi G\u00f3mez, Hugo Beras y Pedro Padovani por caso Intrant"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El exdirector del Instituto Nacional de Tr\u00e1nsito y Transporte Terrestre (<strong>Intrant<\/strong>),&nbsp;<strong>Hugo Beras<\/strong>; el empresario&nbsp;<strong>Jos\u00e9 \u00c1ngel G\u00f3mez Cana\u00e1n (Jochi)<\/strong>, propietario de la empresa Aurix S.A.S y&nbsp;<strong>Transcore Latam<\/strong>; y&nbsp;<strong>Pedro Vinicio Padovani B\u00e1ez<\/strong>, exencargado del Centro de Control de Tr\u00e1fico del&nbsp;<strong>Intrant<\/strong>&nbsp;fueron trasladados la noche de este viernes desde el Palacio de Justicia en la capital al Centro de Correcci\u00f3n y Rehabilitaci\u00f3n Najayo Hombres en San Crist\u00f3bal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A los se\u00f1alados le fue dictado 18 meses de&nbsp;<strong>prisi\u00f3n preventiva<\/strong>&nbsp;por parte de la jueza&nbsp;<strong>F\u00e1tima Veloz<\/strong>, de la Oficina Judicial de Servicios de Atenci\u00f3n Permanente del Distrito Nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El traslado desde el Palacio de Justicia de Ciudad Nueva, en Santo Domingo, hasta la c\u00e1rcel de Najayo en San Crist\u00f3bal, se efectu\u00f3 pasadas las 11 de la noche, luego de la visita del director de Prisiones, Roberto Hern\u00e1ndez Basilio.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Ministerio P\u00fablico les imputa participaci\u00f3n en el supuesto caso de&nbsp;<strong>corrupci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;perpetrado desde el Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tr\u00e1nsito Terrestre (<strong>Intrant<\/strong>), a trav\u00e9s de un contrato con la empresa&nbsp;<strong>Transcore Latam<\/strong>&nbsp;para intervenir el<strong>&nbsp;sistema sem\u00e1forico&nbsp;<\/strong>del Gran Santo Domingo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por el caso, a&nbsp;<strong>Samuel Gregorio Baquero Sep\u00falveda<\/strong>, exdirector de tecnolog\u00eda del&nbsp;<strong>Intrant<\/strong>, la jueza dispuso&nbsp;<strong>arresto domiciliario<\/strong>&nbsp;y presentaci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los imputados&nbsp;<strong>Frank D\u00edaz Warden<\/strong>, excoordinador de Despacho y representante de Beras ante el Comit\u00e9 de Compras del&nbsp;<strong>Intrant<\/strong>;&nbsp;<strong>Juan Francisco \u00c1lvarez Carbuccia<\/strong>, director administrativo y financiero del&nbsp;<strong>Intrant<\/strong>, y<strong>&nbsp;Carlos Jos\u00e9 Peguero Vargas<\/strong>&nbsp;recibieron una garant\u00eda econ\u00f3mica, impedimento de salida y presentaci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica como medida cautelar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La&nbsp;<strong>revisi\u00f3n obligatoria<\/strong>&nbsp;de las medidas ser\u00e1 el&nbsp;<strong>9 de enero de 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La investigaci\u00f3n del&nbsp;<strong>Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/strong>, denominada&nbsp;<strong>operaci\u00f3n Camale\u00f3n<\/strong>, que consta de m\u00e1s de 300 p\u00e1ginas, se centra en una supuesta red de&nbsp;<strong>corrupci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;relacionada con una licitaci\u00f3n para la modernizaci\u00f3n del sistema de sem\u00e1foros del Gran Santo Domingo, que adjudic\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 1,317 millones de pesos a la empresa&nbsp;<strong>Transcore Latam<\/strong>, de&nbsp;<strong>Jochi G\u00f3mez<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El grupo fue arrestado durante diversos&nbsp;<strong>allanamientos<\/strong>&nbsp;a residencias y empresas en el Distrito Nacional, Santo Domingo Este, San Crist\u00f3bal y Punta Cana.
