Y si hay algo que caracteriza a esta costumbre es que, aunque las \u00e9pocas cambian, esta tradici\u00f3n sigue intacta, uniendo a las familias y llenando de sabor cada<strong>rinc\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;de la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque la pandemia del&nbsp;<strong>coronavirus<\/strong>&nbsp;cambi\u00f3 muchas costumbres, el calentao no fue uno de esos rituales que&nbsp;<strong>desaparecieron<\/strong>. Todo lo contrario, se ha popularizado tanto que ahora es una verdadera celebraci\u00f3n que incluso tiene su espacio en las&nbsp;<strong>redes sociales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Son incontables los videos que circulan por ah\u00ed, mostrando a los dominicanos&nbsp;<strong>calentando<\/strong>&nbsp;esos platos tan suculentos que, m\u00e1s que comida, son recuerdos que se transmiten de generaci\u00f3n en generaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la Nochebuena se prepara de todo: pollos, cerdos, pavos, ensalada rusa, pasteles en hojas, empanadas, frutas\u2026 Y cuando el 25 llega, lo \u00fanico que toca es&nbsp;<strong>recalentar y disfrutar<\/strong>. As\u00ed que, el d\u00eda nacional del calentado no es solo un d\u00eda de comer, es un d\u00eda de compartir, de reunir a la familia y de revivir la dicha de una noche especial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En las casas, se calienta la comida y se abre la puerta para&nbsp;<strong>recibir a vecinos, amigos y hasta desconocidos<\/strong>. Es un acto de solidaridad que demuestra c\u00f3mo, en tiempos de festividad, todos somos familia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El moro de guandules, el lech\u00f3n, las ensaladas que siempre parecen saber mejor cuando las sirves al d\u00eda siguiente. Y mientras los adultos disfrutan de una conversaci\u00f3n llena de historias, el D\u00eda del Calentao sigue siendo ese momento perfecto para fortalecer los lazos familiares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cualquier barrio de la capital o en el rinc\u00f3n m\u00e1s lejano del pa\u00eds, el calentao sigue siendo una fiesta de&nbsp;<strong>uni\u00f3n y sabor<\/strong>.
