Los afectados informaron que hubo&nbsp;<strong>varios heridos tras enfrentamientos<\/strong>&nbsp;con las fuerzas de seguridad que acompa\u00f1aban a la empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>La llegada de miembros del Ej\u00e9rcito Dominicano desat\u00f3 confrontaciones entre los residentes y las autoridades. Un sacerdote identificado como&nbsp;<strong>Yoni<\/strong>, con el rostro lleno de sangre, denunci\u00f3 agresiones policiales y relat\u00f3 que intentaron dialogar sin \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Pueblo Viejo, Cotu\u00ed, se reportaron&nbsp;<strong>al menos siete heridos<\/strong>&nbsp;durante un operativo en el que equipos de miner\u00eda pesada fueron trasladados hacia la zona de explotaci\u00f3n de oro y plata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los residentes sostienen que han vivido en la zona durante generaciones y acusan a Barrick Gold de hostigarlos constantemente desde su instalaci\u00f3n.
