Morales<\/strong>&nbsp;(2006-2019) acus\u00f3 al&nbsp;<strong>Gobierno<\/strong>&nbsp;de Luis Arce de prohibirle el acceso a atenci\u00f3n y certificaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, para justificar su inasistencia a una audiencia judicial en dos ocasiones, raz\u00f3n por la que recientemente un juez declar\u00f3 su \u00ab<strong>rebeld\u00eda<\/strong>\u00ab.<br><br>\u00abNo entiendo ese car\u00e1cter de prohibirme atenderme y prohibirme tener certificado (m\u00e9dico), eso quiero que sepa el pueblo boliviano hasta d\u00f3nde llega el atrevimiento\u00bb, dijo Morales durante su programa dominical en la emisora cocalera Kawsachun Coca.<br><br>Morales deb\u00eda comparecer el martes ante un tribunal en la sure\u00f1a regi\u00f3n de&nbsp;<strong>Tarija<\/strong>&nbsp;para responder por un caso en el que se le acusa por&nbsp;<strong>trata agravada<\/strong>&nbsp;de personas, debido a una supuesta relaci\u00f3n con una menor con la que habr\u00eda tenido un hijo en 2016, cuando ejerc\u00eda la Presidencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La defensa de Morales present\u00f3 un&nbsp;<strong>certificado m\u00e9dico<\/strong>&nbsp;de impedimento de asistencia a la audiencia por una bronconeumon\u00eda, mientras que el juez Nelson Rocabado posterg\u00f3 el acto judicial para el viernes, con la condici\u00f3n de que en 48 horas el exmandatario demostrara su enfermedad.<br><br>El juez consider\u00f3 que Morales no justific\u00f3 su ausencia dentro del plazo establecido, por lo que declar\u00f3 su \u00ab<strong>rebeld\u00eda<\/strong>\u00ab, dict\u00f3 una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en su contra y pidi\u00f3 la anotaci\u00f3n preventiva de sus bienes adem\u00e1s del congelamiento de sus cuentas.<br><br>Al respecto, el exgobernante dijo que recurri\u00f3 a varios m\u00e9dicos para que lo revisaran, quienes le indicaron que el&nbsp;<strong>Ministerio de Salud<\/strong>&nbsp;les hab\u00eda prohibido hacerle estudios y emitir certificados.<br><br>Tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que recurri\u00f3 a un m\u00e9dico privado que le hizo una valoraci\u00f3n y le entreg\u00f3 una certificaci\u00f3n, pero que se enter\u00f3 que fue despedido de su trabajo.<br><br>\u00abYo no pod\u00eda entender, primero intentan matarme con bala y ahora intentan matarme no atendiendo el tema salud\u00bb, recalc\u00f3 el pol\u00edtico.<br><br>Morales afirm\u00f3 al respecto que \u00abno se respeta el&nbsp;<strong>debido proceso<\/strong>&nbsp;ni la&nbsp;<strong>presunci\u00f3n de inocencia<\/strong>&nbsp;como ordena la Constituci\u00f3n\u00bb.<br><br>Por su parte, la ministra de Salud,&nbsp;<strong>Mar\u00eda Ren\u00e9e Castro<\/strong>, expres\u00f3 en sus&nbsp;<strong>redes sociales<\/strong>&nbsp;que \u00abes absolutamente falso\u00bb que desde su cartera se haya instruido la destituci\u00f3n de alg\u00fan m\u00e9dico por atender o emitir una certificaci\u00f3n a Morales.<br><br>\u00abRechazamos categ\u00f3ricamente esas acusaciones falsas y malintencionadas, que no hacen m\u00e1s que desinformar y generar confusi\u00f3n\u00bb, agreg\u00f3.<br><br>El exgobernante permanece desde octubre en el&nbsp;<strong>Tr\u00f3pico de Cochabamba<\/strong>&nbsp;(centro), su principal basti\u00f3n pol\u00edtico y sindical, bajo&nbsp;<strong>custodia<\/strong>&nbsp;de sus seguidores ante la posibilidad de que la Polic\u00eda ejecute la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n.<br><br>Asimismo, sostiene que el proceso por&nbsp;<strong>trata agravada<\/strong>&nbsp;de personas es \u00abpol\u00edtico\u00bb y para \u00abeliminarlo\u00bb de la&nbsp;<strong>carrera presidencial<\/strong>&nbsp;de cara a los comicios generales que deben realizarse este a\u00f1o.<br><br>Morales insiste en que est\u00e1 habilitado para ser candidato, pese a que una sentencia del&nbsp;<strong>Tribunal Constitucional<\/strong>&nbsp;de finales de 2023 declar\u00f3 que la&nbsp;<strong>reelecci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;en Bolivia se aplica \u00abpor una sola vez\u00bb de forma continua o discontinua, y que fue refrendada por un fallo constitucional en 2024.<br><br>Esto afecta los planes de Morales, quien gobern\u00f3 Bolivia en tres ocasiones (2006-2009, 2010-2014 y 2015-2019).<br><br>El proceso por trata de personas empeora la relaci\u00f3n entre Morales y el presidente Arce, distanciados desde finales de 2021 debido a las diferencias con respecto a
