El hecho, ocurrido en una ferreter\u00eda del ensanche Gregorio Luper\u00f3n, dej\u00f3 un saldo tr\u00e1gico que conmocion\u00f3 a la comunidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan se difundieron im\u00e1genes, Furcal Rodr\u00edguez lanz\u00f3 una libreta de facturas al mostrador; Chen respondi\u00f3 golpe\u00e1ndola con la misma libreta y, en el transcurso del altercado, el comerciante le propin\u00f3 una patada. Ante el caos generado, la acusada huy\u00f3 y se declar\u00f3 pr\u00f3fuga hasta ser capturada en Espa\u00f1a el 8 de agosto de 2022, tras pasar por Colombia, Francia, Dubai y Qatar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ministerio P\u00fablico la imput\u00f3 por violar los art\u00edculos 295 y 304, 153 y 154 del C\u00f3digo Penal Dominicano, que sancionan el homicidio voluntario y el uso de pasaporte emitido bajo un nombre falso.
