{"id":39058,"date":"2025-03-21T07:49:35","date_gmt":"2025-03-21T11:49:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=39058"},"modified":"2025-03-21T07:49:37","modified_gmt":"2025-03-21T11:49:37","slug":"a-20-anos-de-prision-condenan-un-hombre-por-homicidio-del-folklorista-victor-erarte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=39058","title":{"rendered":"A 20 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n condenan un hombre por homicidio del folklorista V\u00edctor Erarte"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las juezas que integran el&nbsp;<strong>Tercer<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Tribunal<\/strong>Colegiado del distrito judicial de Santiago condenaron este jueves a 20 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n a un ciudadano haitiano por el&nbsp;<strong>homicidio<\/strong>&nbsp;del folklorista y core\u00f3grafo&nbsp;<strong>V\u00edctor Erarte<\/strong>, en un hecho ocurrido el domingo 30 de octubre de 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El&nbsp;<strong>tribunal<\/strong>&nbsp;dispuso que&nbsp;<strong>Yakime<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Michel<\/strong>, conocido como \u00abJunior\u00bb, cumpla la pena impuesta en el Centro de Correcci\u00f3n y Rehabilitaci\u00f3n&nbsp;<strong>Rafey<\/strong>&nbsp;Hombres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La sala tom\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n a<strong>&nbsp;unanimidad<\/strong>, luego de&nbsp;determinar que los indicios probatorios presentados por el&nbsp;<strong>Ministerio<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>P\u00fablico<\/strong>&nbsp;son vinculantes con el hecho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una de esas pruebas fue el testimonio de&nbsp;<strong>Narciso<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Minaya<\/strong>, quien declar\u00f3 durante el proceso que vio al condenado acompa\u00f1ar a&nbsp;<strong>V\u00edctor Erarte<\/strong>&nbsp;horas antes de su&nbsp;<strong>muerte<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, determinaron que los videos de las&nbsp;<strong>c\u00e1maras<\/strong>&nbsp;de&nbsp;<strong>seguridad<\/strong>&nbsp;que captaron el recorrido del extranjero desde los alrededores de la casa de la v\u00edctima, en el sector Los Jardines Metropolitanos, hasta el Hospedaje Yaque, donde resid\u00eda el homicida, fueron fundamentales para tomar la decisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jordi<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Veras<\/strong>, abogado de la&nbsp;<strong>familia<\/strong>&nbsp;de la v\u00edctima, destac\u00f3 que el fallo le lleva tranquilidad a la&nbsp;<strong>familia<\/strong>&nbsp;del folklorista, as\u00ed como a la sociedad dominicana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mientras que los parientes de<strong>&nbsp;V\u00edctor<\/strong>expresaron su satisfacci\u00f3n por el desenlace del&nbsp;<strong>proceso<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abAgradecemos a la Polic\u00eda, la Fiscal\u00eda y a todas las personas que se han involucrado en este caso\u00bb, extern\u00f3&nbsp;<strong>Rafael<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Cruz<\/strong>&nbsp;Erarte, hermano de \u00abVitico\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sobre el hecho<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con el&nbsp;<strong>expediente<\/strong>, la&nbsp;<strong>muerte<\/strong>&nbsp;del folklorista ocurri\u00f3 durante una discusi\u00f3n que sostuvo con su matador, en su residencia del sector Los Jardines Metropolitanos de Santiago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En medio del&nbsp;<strong>conflicto<\/strong>, Erarte result\u00f3 con un golpe en la cabeza y fue&nbsp;<strong>estrangulado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Las juezas que integran el&nbsp;Tercer&nbsp;TribunalColegiado del distrito judicial de Santiago condenaron este jueves a 20 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n a un ciudadano haitiano por el&nbsp;homicidio&nbsp;del folklorista y core\u00f3grafo&nbsp;V\u00edctor Erarte, en un hecho ocurrido el domingo 30 de octubre de 2022.
