{"id":40982,"date":"2025-07-04T07:27:21","date_gmt":"2025-07-04T11:27:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=40982"},"modified":"2025-07-04T07:27:24","modified_gmt":"2025-07-04T11:27:24","slug":"gasto-en-publicidad-del-gobierno-crece-mas-de-500-en-2024-segun-participacion-ciudadana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=40982","title":{"rendered":"Gasto en publicidad del Gobierno crece m\u00e1s de 500\u202f% en 2024, seg\u00fan Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El gasto del Gobierno en publicidad se dispar\u00f3 m\u00e1s de un 500% en el primer cuatrimestre de&nbsp;<strong>2024<\/strong>, alcanzando los&nbsp;<strong>3,121 millones de pesos<\/strong>&nbsp;en comparaci\u00f3n con los&nbsp;<strong>491 millones<\/strong>&nbsp;del mismo per\u00edodo del a\u00f1o anterior, seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 el movimiento&nbsp;<strong>Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El cap\u00edtulo dominicano de&nbsp;<strong>Transparencia Internacional<\/strong>&nbsp;se\u00f1al\u00f3 que estas cifras son hist\u00f3ricas y, aunque se observ\u00f3 una disminuci\u00f3n en&nbsp;<strong>2025<\/strong>, el gasto se mantiene considerablemente elevado respecto al cuatrimestre de&nbsp;<strong>2023<\/strong>, situ\u00e1ndose en&nbsp;<strong>2,445 millones de pesos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre las instituciones que reportaron los mayores incrementos en sus gastos publicitarios se encuentran la&nbsp;<strong>C\u00e1mara de Diputados<\/strong>, el&nbsp;<strong>Ministerio de Turismo<\/strong>, el&nbsp;<strong>Ministerio de Industria, Comercio y MIPYMES<\/strong>, el programa&nbsp;<strong>Sup\u00e9rate<\/strong>&nbsp;y el&nbsp;<strong>Instituto Dominicano de Telecomunicaciones (INDOTEL)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana ha manifestado su preocupaci\u00f3n por la falta de transparencia en la contrataci\u00f3n de publicidad gubernamental. No se han divulgado los criterios de selecci\u00f3n, la distribuci\u00f3n por medios, ni los objetivos de las campa\u00f1as, lo que impide una adecuada rendici\u00f3n de cuentas conforme a la&nbsp;<strong>Ley No. 340-06 de Compras y Contrataciones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta opacidad genera inquietudes sobre el uso adecuado del dinero p\u00fablico y la posibilidad de que se est\u00e9 utilizando para fines electorales encubiertos. En respuesta, Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana ha instado a la&nbsp;<strong>Direcci\u00f3n de Estrategia y Comunicaci\u00f3n Gubernamental (DIECOM)<\/strong>&nbsp;a publicar de manera inmediata todos los contratos de publicidad oficial correspondientes a los primeros cuatrimestres de&nbsp;<strong>2023<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>2024<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>2025<\/strong>.
