{"id":42446,"date":"2025-08-09T09:55:32","date_gmt":"2025-08-09T13:55:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=42446"},"modified":"2025-08-09T09:55:41","modified_gmt":"2025-08-09T13:55:41","slug":"detienen-a-tres-jovenes-por-carreras-clandestinas-en-el-malecon-de-san-pedro-de-macoris","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=42446","title":{"rendered":"Detienen a tres j\u00f3venes por carreras clandestinas en el Malec\u00f3n de San Pedro de Macor\u00eds."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agentes de la Polic\u00eda Preventiva apresaron a tres hombres que fueron sorprendidos en flagrante delito realizando carreras clandestinas y maniobras peligrosas con motocicletas en el \u00e1rea del Malec\u00f3n de esta ciudad, alterando el orden p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los detenidos fueron identificados como Luis Amin Mart\u00ednez, Jancel Mercedes Segura y Francisco Alberto De la Cruz Aquino, todos mayores de edad y residentes en San Pedro de Macor\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan el reporte policial, la acci\u00f3n constituye una violaci\u00f3n al art\u00edculo 220 de la Ley 63-17, que sanciona el manejo temerario, la calibraci\u00f3n de motocicletas y la participaci\u00f3n en competencias ilegales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la intervenci\u00f3n, las autoridades tambi\u00e9n retuvieron dos motocicletas tipo pasola: una marca 3KJ de color negro y otra Suzuki de color azul, ambas sin documentaci\u00f3n.
