Contra este pesaba la orden de arresto No. 0054-2019, emitida por el Octavo Juzgado de la Instrucci\u00f3n del Distrito Nacional, por haber ultimado con arma blanca a Mois\u00e9s P\u00e9rez, el 12 de octubre de 2019 en el sector La Ci\u00e9naga, Distrito Nacional.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">En otro hecho, fue apresado Yeison Jos\u00e9 Gonz\u00e1lez Falc\u00f3n (a) Qu\u00edmico, de 31 a\u00f1os, cuando intentaba viajar en un vuelo con destino a New York, EE.UU. Este era buscado mediante dos \u00f3rdenes de arresto (No. 01601-2021 y No. 00737-2022), emitidas por la Oficina Judicial de Servicios de Atenci\u00f3n Permanente del Distrito Judicial de Peravia.
