Tambi\u00e9n mantiene las protecciones para unos 500,000 haitianos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chen reprendi\u00f3 a la secretaria del Departamento de Seguridad Nacional (DHS, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s), Kristi Noem, por revocar las protecciones para venezolanos y haitianos que, seg\u00fan el juez, los enviar\u00eda \u00abde regreso a condiciones que son tan peligrosas que incluso el Departamento de Estado desaconseja viajar a sus pa\u00edses de origen\u00bb.<\/p>\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1682694769489-0\" class=\"c-add\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dijo que las acciones de Noem fueron arbitrarias y caprichosas, y que excedi\u00f3 su autoridad al poner fin a las protecciones que fueron extendidas por el Gobierno del expresidente Joe Biden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Distintas presidencias estadounidenses han ejecutado la ley durante 35 a\u00f1os bas\u00e1ndose en la mejor informaci\u00f3n disponible y consultando a otras agencias, \u00abun proceso que involucra un estudio y an\u00e1lisis cuidadoso.
