{"id":44919,"date":"2025-09-16T07:38:13","date_gmt":"2025-09-16T11:38:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=44919"},"modified":"2025-09-16T07:38:13","modified_gmt":"2025-09-16T11:38:13","slug":"interpol-arresta-en-spm-dominicano-condenado-a-11-anos-en-espana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=44919","title":{"rendered":"Interpol arresta en SPM dominicano condenado a 11 a\u00f1os en Espa\u00f1a"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El dominicano Miguel \u00c1ngel Wilson Aquino, de 32 a\u00f1os, condenado por las autoridades judiciales de Espa\u00f1a a una pena de 11 a\u00f1os y 6 meses de prisi\u00f3n por el delito de agresi\u00f3n sexual, fue arrestado por la Polic\u00eda Nacional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Oficina Central Nacional (OCN) INTERPOL Santo Domingo, inform\u00f3 que el arresto se produjo en el sector Restauraci\u00f3n de San Pedro de Macor\u00eds, mediante la resoluci\u00f3n No. 001-022-2025-SRES-01481, dictada por la Segunda Sala de la Suprema Corte de Justicia, que ordenaba su arresto con fines de extradici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wilson Aquino fue detenido mientras se desplazaba a bordo de una jeepeta Honda CRV EX AWD, a\u00f1o 2019, color plateada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El arresto se realiz\u00f3 en una labor conjunta entre agentes de la Polic\u00eda Preventiva de la Direcci\u00f3n Regional Sureste y oficiales de la OCN INTERPOL Santo Domingo, en atenci\u00f3n a la solicitud de las autoridades espa\u00f1olas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El detenido, junto a las evidencias ocupadas, fue trasladado a la sede de INTERPOL en Santo Domingo, para ser presentado ante el Ministerio P\u00fablico y continuar con el proceso judicial correspondiente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El dominicano Miguel \u00c1ngel Wilson Aquino, de 32 a\u00f1os, condenado por las autoridades judiciales de Espa\u00f1a a una pena de 11 a\u00f1os y 6 meses de prisi\u00f3n por el delito de agresi\u00f3n sexual, fue arrestado por la Polic\u00eda Nacional.
