El mismo fue recibido por el vocero de la Polic\u00eda Nacional, coronel Diego Pesqueira, junto a oficiales de la Direcci\u00f3n Central de Investigaci\u00f3n (DICRIM).<\/div>\n<div data-pbs-root=\"true\" data-pbs-position=\"static\" data-pbs-outstream=\"true\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante el proceso, el coronel Pesqueira garantiz\u00f3 el respeto pleno a los derechos fundamentales del detenido, y explic\u00f3 que el caso ser\u00e1 remitido a la jurisdicci\u00f3n correspondiente en San Crist\u00f3bal, donde el joven ser\u00e1 puesto a disposici\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico para los fines legales pertinentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con las\u00a0investigaciones\u00a0preliminares, J\u00e1quez est\u00e1 acusado de participar junto a otro individuo en el asalto en el que result\u00f3 muerto el comerciante V\u00e1squez Valdez, ocurrido alrededor de la 1:00 p.m. del pasado martes, cuando desconocidos a bordo de una motocicleta lo despojaron de una cadena de oro y le realizaron un disparo mortal dentro de su negocio en el citado sector.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tras el suceso, la Polic\u00eda Nacional dispuso la activaci\u00f3n de varias unidades de investigaci\u00f3n e inteligencia con el prop\u00f3sito de localizar y apresar a los dem\u00e1s implicados en este lamentable hecho, reafirmando su compromiso de mantener la paz y la seguridad ciudadana en la provincia de San Crist\u00f3bal y en todo el territorio nacional.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Polic\u00eda Nacional informa que fue entregado a las autoridades el joven Frenedy J\u00e1quez, vinculado al homicidio del comerciante\u00a0Alberto Esteban V\u00e1squez Valdez, de 46 a\u00f1os, hecho ocurrido el pasado martes en el sector Madre Vieja Norte, provincia San Crist\u00f3bal.
