{"id":49481,"date":"2025-12-03T11:00:45","date_gmt":"2025-12-03T15:00:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=49481"},"modified":"2025-12-03T08:21:13","modified_gmt":"2025-12-03T12:21:13","slug":"juramentaran-este-jueves-nuevos-jueces-del-tribunal-superior-electoral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=49481","title":{"rendered":"Juramentaran este jueves nuevos jueces del Tribunal Superior Electoral"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El\u00a0Consejo Nacional de la Magistratura (CNM)\u00a0escogi\u00f3 este martes a los\u00a0jueces titulares y suplentes\u00a0que conformar\u00e1n el\u00a0Tribunal Superior Electoral (TSE), una de las altas cortes fundamentales del\u00a0sistema judicial dominicano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El organismo seleccion\u00f3\u00a0cinco jueces titulares\u00a0y\u00a0cinco suplentes, quienes cumplir\u00e1n un\u00a0per\u00edodo de cuatro a\u00f1os\u00a0y ser\u00e1n\u00a0juramentados este jueves 4 de diciembre, a las 6:00 de la tarde, en el\u00a0Palacio Nacional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La magistrada\u00a0Nancy Salcedo, jueza de la\u00a0Suprema Corte de Justicia\u00a0y secretaria del CNM, inform\u00f3 que la elecci\u00f3n de los cinco jueces de la\u00a0SCJ\u00a0ser\u00e1 tratada en una\u00a0nueva reuni\u00f3n, que ser\u00e1 convocada en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jueces del Tribunal Superior Electoral<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los\u00a0jueces titulares\u00a0del TSE designados por el CNM son:\u00a0Ygnacio Pascual Camacho Hidalgo, ratificado\u00a0por unanimidad\u00a0para continuar como\u00a0presidente, junto a\u00a0Pedro Pablo Yermenos Forastieri,\u00a0Fernando Fern\u00e1ndez Cruz,\u00a0Rafaelina Peralta Arias\u00a0y\u00a0Lenis Ros\u00e1ngela Garc\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los\u00a0jueces suplentes\u00a0son:\u00a0Lourdes Teresa Salazar,\u00a0Juan Cuevas,\u00a0Juan Manuel Mart\u00edn Garrido,\u00a0Freddy \u00c1ngel Castro\u00a0y\u00a0V\u00edctor Rafael Menieur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estas designaciones se realizaron tras la evaluaci\u00f3n de\u00a041 postulantes preseleccionados, conforme a los art\u00edculos\u00a0179 y 215 de la Constituci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como al art\u00edculo\u00a03 de la Ley 138-11, que establece el funcionamiento del\u00a0CNM.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La reuni\u00f3n fue convocada por el presidente\u00a0Luis Abinader, luego de concluir las\u00a0cuatro rondas de vistas p\u00fablicas\u00a0en las que fueron evaluados\u00a081 de 83 postulantes, quienes expusieron ante el pa\u00eds sus\u00a0m\u00e9ritos\u00a0y\u00a0trayectorias profesionales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la sesi\u00f3n participaron todos los miembros del CNM: el presidente\u00a0Luis Abinader; el presidente de la SCJ,\u00a0Luis Henry Molina; el presidente del Tribunal Constitucional,\u00a0Napole\u00f3n Est\u00e9vez; el presidente del Senado,\u00a0Ricardo de los Santos; el presidente de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados,\u00a0Alfredo Pacheco; la magistrada\u00a0Nancy Salcedo; el senador\u00a0Omar Fern\u00e1ndez\u00a0y el diputado\u00a0Tob\u00edas Crespo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El\u00a0Consejo Nacional de la Magistratura (CNM)\u00a0escogi\u00f3 este martes a los\u00a0jueces titulares y suplentes\u00a0que conformar\u00e1n el\u00a0Tribunal Superior Electoral (TSE), una de las altas cortes fundamentales del\u00a0sistema judicial dominicano.
