{"id":53429,"date":"2026-02-19T19:35:34","date_gmt":"2026-02-19T23:35:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=53429"},"modified":"2026-02-19T18:53:50","modified_gmt":"2026-02-19T22:53:50","slug":"concejo-de-regidores-de-neyba-rechaza-no-aprobaran-presupuesto-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=53429","title":{"rendered":"Concejo de Regidores de Neyba no aprobar\u00e1n presupuesto 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>NEYBA, Bahoruco.\u2013 En respuesta a los se\u00f1alamientos del alcalde sobre la no aprobaci\u00f3n del Presupuesto Municipal 2026, los concejales del municipio de Neiba informaron este 18 de febrero que no asistir\u00e1n a la reuni\u00f3n convocada para el lunes 23 de febrero, calific\u00e1ndola como improcedente y carente de condiciones reales para un di\u00e1logo serio.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El presidente del Concejo Municipal, Ottoniel De Le\u00f3n Vargas, comunic\u00f3 formalmente al alcalde Yadel Suberv\u00ed Santana que, en lugar de participar en encuentros sin resultados, el \u00f3rgano legislativo ha decidido convocar una rueda de prensa para explicar al pueblo de Neyba las verdaderas razones t\u00e9cnicas, legales e institucionales que han impedido la aprobaci\u00f3n del presupuesto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Concejo denunci\u00f3 que la administraci\u00f3n municipal ha ignorado observaciones fundamentales realizadas al proyecto, evidenciando falta de voluntad para corregir errores y adecuar el presupuesto a lo establecido en la Ley 176-07 y a los principios b\u00e1sicos de transparencia y buena gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo que est\u00e1 en juego no es un tr\u00e1mite administrativo, sino el uso correcto de los recursos del pueblo\u201d, sostuvieron los concejales, al tiempo que afirmaron que no prestar\u00e1n su aprobaci\u00f3n a un documento que, seg\u00fan indican, presenta debilidades que comprometen la legalidad y la eficiencia del gasto municipal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, se\u00f1alaron que han agotado los canales institucionales sin recibir respuestas concretas, por lo que consideran inaceptable cualquier intento de trasladarles la responsabilidad del estancamiento presupuestario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Concejo reiter\u00f3 que est\u00e1 abierto a un di\u00e1logo real, pero dej\u00f3 claro que este debe basarse en correcciones concretas, respeto institucional y cumplimiento de la ley, no en convocatorias que buscan aparentar apertura sin resolver el fondo del problema.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NEYBA, Bahoruco.\u2013 En respuesta a los se\u00f1alamientos del alcalde sobre la no aprobaci\u00f3n del Presupuesto Municipal 2026, los concejales del municipio de Neiba informaron este 18 de febrero que no asistir\u00e1n a la reuni\u00f3n convocada para el lunes 23 de febrero, calific\u00e1ndola como improcedente y carente de condiciones reales para un di\u00e1logo serio.
