{"id":53470,"date":"2026-02-20T12:00:03","date_gmt":"2026-02-20T16:00:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=53470"},"modified":"2026-02-20T08:49:40","modified_gmt":"2026-02-20T12:49:40","slug":"senen-caba-afirma-que-el-sistema-de-salud-se-encuentra-en-total-descalabro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=53470","title":{"rendered":"Sen\u00e9n Caba afirma que el sistema de salud se encuentra en total \u201cdescalabro\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El expresidente del Colegio M\u00e9dico Dominicano (CMD), Sen\u00e9n Caba asegur\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles que el sistema de salud de la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana se encuentra actualmente en una situaci\u00f3n de \u201cdescalabro\u201d, al considerar que no responde al contexto ni a los objetivos para los cuales fue concebido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Caba sostuvo que el sistema sanitario, en sentido general, \u201cno corresponde al contexto definitorio de s\u00ed mismo\u201d y se\u00f1al\u00f3 que recientes acontecimientos han puesto en evidencia debilidades estructurales, haciendo referencia a la situaci\u00f3n del Seguro Nacional de Salud (SeNaSa).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El profesional de la medicina se refiri\u00f3 al tema al ser entrevistado por los comunicadores Julio Samuel Sierra y Nison Batista en el programa \u201cEl Nuevo Diario en la Tarde\u201d, transmitido por la plataforma digital de \u201cEl Nuevo Diario TV\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Record\u00f3 que esa instituci\u00f3n fue creada tras la promulgaci\u00f3n de la Ley 87-01 en mayo de 2001, como parte del Sistema Dominicano de Seguridad Social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Destac\u00f3 que gracias a la lucha de la entonces Asociaci\u00f3n M\u00e9dica Dominicana, hoy Colegio M\u00e9dico Dominicano se logr\u00f3 introducir cerca de 35 art\u00edculos a la legislaci\u00f3n para beneficiar a la poblaci\u00f3n y fortalecer el acceso a los servicios de salud.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El dirigente gremial tambi\u00e9n afirm\u00f3 que los hospitales p\u00fablicos \u201cson hoy instituciones quebradas\u201d que operan en condiciones que calific\u00f3 de deplorables, lo que a su juicio afecta de manera directa la calidad de la atenci\u00f3n que reciben los ciudadanos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese sentido, el doctor Sen\u00e9n Caba expres\u00f3 que espera que las acciones emprendidas por el nuevo director del Servicio Nacional de Salud (SNS), el doctor Julio Landr\u00f3n, \u201csean m\u00e1s que un pavimento medi\u00e1tico\u201d y se traduzcan en transformaciones reales y sostenibles en el sistema hospitalario nacional.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El expresidente del Colegio M\u00e9dico Dominicano (CMD), Sen\u00e9n Caba asegur\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles que el sistema de salud de la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana se encuentra actualmente en una situaci\u00f3n de \u201cdescalabro\u201d, al considerar que no responde al contexto ni a los objetivos para los cuales fue concebido.
