{"id":56787,"date":"2026-04-30T07:00:38","date_gmt":"2026-04-30T11:00:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=56787"},"modified":"2026-04-29T18:22:49","modified_gmt":"2026-04-29T22:22:49","slug":"pn-arresta-hombre-por-herir-supuestamente-a-otro-con-arma-de-fuego-en-hato-mayor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=56787","title":{"rendered":"PN arresta hombre por herir supuestamente a otro con arma de fuego en Hato Mayor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Agentes policiales adscritos a la Policia Preventiva del Departamento de Hato Mayor de esta regional, apresaron a un hombre en flagrante delito acusado de haber herido a otro hombre mediante proyectil de arma de fuego en la provincia Hato Mayor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El detenido es el nombrado Santos Sim\u00f3n Mercedes, residente en la referida provincia, quien esta siendo acusado supuestamente de haber herido al nombrado Francisco Nieves Caraballo, tras presentar seg\u00fan diagn\u00f3stico m\u00e9dico \u201cHerida de proyectil por arma de fuego tipo escopeta en regi\u00f3n p\u00e9lvico- inguinal izquierda\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan el informe preliminar, el detenido le hab\u00eda solicitado al herido un pago pendiente, a lo que el herido \u201cNieves\u201d respondi\u00f3 que en ese momento no pod\u00eda ser, que m\u00e1s adelante le pagar\u00eda todas sus prestaciones laborales; posteriormente el se\u00f1or \u201cNieves\u201d le hab\u00eda solicitado al detenido que le entregar\u00e1 la escopeta que portaba en ese momento propiedad de su empresa, a lo que el detenido \u201cSantos\u201d se neg\u00f3, gener\u00e1ndose as\u00ed un forcejeo entre estos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese momento el detenido realiz\u00f3 un disparo con dicha escopeta, ocasion\u00e1ndole la herida que presenta el herido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante el hecho fue ocupada la escopeta marca Mossberg, serie L690682, la cual fue utilizada por el detenido supuestamente para cometer el hecho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El detenido y la escopeta ocupada fueron enviados a las autoridades competentes para los fines de lugar correspondientes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Agentes policiales adscritos a la Policia Preventiva del Departamento de Hato Mayor de esta regional, apresaron a un hombre en flagrante delito acusado de haber herido a otro hombre mediante proyectil de arma de fuego en la provincia Hato Mayor.
