{"id":58372,"date":"2026-06-02T17:13:57","date_gmt":"2026-06-02T21:13:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=58372"},"modified":"2026-06-02T17:13:57","modified_gmt":"2026-06-02T21:13:57","slug":"niega-propuesta-para-modificar-cesantia-en-reforma-laboral-rd","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/conexion23.com\/?p=58372","title":{"rendered":"Niega propuesta para modificar cesant\u00eda en reforma laboral RD"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"px-md-0 px-2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">El presidente de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados, Alfredo Pacheco, aclar\u00f3 este martes que no ha realizado ninguna propuesta para modificar la cesant\u00eda laboral dentro del proyecto de reforma que actualmente se estudia en el Congreso Nacional.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div id=\"\" class=\"d-flex flex-column flex-md-row no-gutters\">\n<div class=\"col-xl-8 col-md-8 .col-sm-11 col-xs-12 detalleALL\">\n<div class=\"p-4 m-0 BOX-light \" style=\"text-align: justify;\">En un comunicado, el legislador enfatiz\u00f3 que, desde la C\u00e1mara de Diputados, \u00abno existe intenci\u00f3n de promover cambios sobre este derecho adquirido de los trabajadores dominicanos\u00bb.<\/div>\n<div class=\"p-4 m-0 BOX-light \" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El compromiso del \u00f3rgano legislativo \u00abes garantizar un proceso de discusi\u00f3n abierto, democr\u00e1tico y respetuoso del marco institucional, escuchando a todos los sectores involucrados dentro del proceso de estudio de la pieza legislativa\u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"p-4 m-0 BOX-light \" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>APROBADA EN PRIMERA LECTURA POR DIPUTADOS<\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"p-4 m-0 BOX-light \">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La C\u00e1mara de Diputados aprob\u00f3 el pasado 20 de mayo, en primera lectura, el proyecto que modifica el C\u00f3digo de Trabajo que contempla como nueva conquista la permanencia de la cesant\u00eda de los trabajadores, la inclusi\u00f3n de la modalidad del teletrabajo, la ampliaci\u00f3n de la licencia por matrimonio, as\u00ed como el otorgamiento de 20 minutos tres veces al d\u00eda a las madres en periodo de lactancia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, aumenta de dos a cuatro d\u00edas laborables la licencia de paternidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El sector empresarial, sin embargo, ha se\u00f1alado que dicho proyecto \u00ablejos de modernizar\u00bb el marco normativo \u00abrepresenta un retroceso\u00bb y desconoce \u00abimportantes acuerdos alcanzados tras a\u00f1os de trabajo en el marco del di\u00e1logo tripartito y no refleja los principios de equilibrio y sostenibilidad que el pa\u00eds requiere\u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El presidente de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados, Alfredo Pacheco, aclar\u00f3 este martes que no ha realizado ninguna propuesta para modificar la cesant\u00eda laboral dentro del proyecto de reforma que actualmente se estudia en el Congreso Nacional.
