El incidente provoc\u00f3 un cambio brusco en la frecuencia del sistema, desencadenando la desconexi\u00f3n total de la red el\u00e9ctrica nacional.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tras el apag\u00f3n, el Ministerio de Energ\u00eda y Minas activ\u00f3 los protocolos de recuperaci\u00f3n del sistema mediante la creaci\u00f3n de \u00abmicroislas\u00bb el\u00e9ctricas, una estrategia que permite restablecer gradualmente el servicio en instalaciones estrat\u00e9gicas como hospitales, plantas de procesamiento de alimentos y otros servicios esenciales.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la tarde, las autoridades reportaron avances parciales en la recuperaci\u00f3n del suministro. En La Habana, aproximadamente el 4 % de la ciudad hab\u00eda recuperado la electricidad, mientras que provincias como Guant\u00e1namo, Cienfuegos y Matanzas informaron del restablecimiento del servicio en hospitales y en algunos sectores urbanos prioritarios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CRISIS PERSISTENTE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde comienzos de a\u00f1o, Cuba enfrenta un agravamiento de su crisis energ\u00e9tica debido a la escasez de combustibles. La isla produce apenas el 40 % del petr\u00f3leo y derivados que consume, mientras las dificultades para importar carburantes contin\u00faan afectando el funcionamiento de las centrales termoel\u00e9ctricas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">El transporte p\u00fablico opera con severas limitaciones y las autoridades han reducido o suspendido numerosas actividades econ\u00f3micas y de servicios como consecuencia de la falta de energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">La semana pasada el pa\u00eds experiment\u00f3 otros dos apagones nacionales, ocurridos el lunes y el viernes, que dejaron sin electricidad a m\u00e1s de nueve millones de habitantes. Estos incidentes se suman a otros dos colapsos registrados en marzo, adem\u00e1s de m\u00faltiples interrupciones regionales durante los \u00faltimos meses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>IMPACTO EN LA POBLACI\u00d2N\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los prolongados cortes el\u00e9ctricos contin\u00faan afectando la vida cotidiana de millones de cubanos. Entre las principales consecuencias figuran dificultades para la conservaci\u00f3n y preparaci\u00f3n de alimentos, interrupciones en el suministro de agua potable, afectaciones en los servicios de telecomunicaciones e internet, reducci\u00f3n de la actividad laboral y cancelaciones en el transporte.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Especialistas advierten que la inestabilidad del sistema el\u00e9ctrico tambi\u00e9n representa un riesgo para la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios sanitarios y otras actividades esenciales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONTEXTO INTERNACIONAL<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">La crisis energ\u00e9tica ocurre en un escenario de crecientes dificultades para el abastecimiento de combustible.
